when we were looking for reviews, I could find very little on this hotel so I'll try and pull together the pros and cons so you can make you choice. Essentially this could be the perfect holiday for you or your worst nightmare...

overview...
very very quiet place 20 minutes from fethyie. No restaurants, nightlife nearby but a restaurant on site as it is full board. Bar barely used. Set in a lovely bay where boats often come and pop into, lovely surroundings, great pool, stunning rooms and average food.

Pros
Quiet and peaceful
No struggle for sun beds
Polite and courteous staff (if a little money hungry - see below)
Very clean room
Animals on site (turtles, chickens etc)
Greenery - everywhere
Pool is amazing
LArge TV with lots of channels

Cons
Few english speakers
Waaaaaaay too expensive if you go to the a la carte menu, or mini bar or restaurant bar i.e. 104 TL (£50) for a few prawns... and 50 TL (£25) for 6 small beers... basically as drinks are free with dinner (wine and beer), you can spend pretty much nothing if you want to or if you get sucked in (ALWAYS ask if what they're offering you will cost) you can spend a fortune
Maybe too quiet for some
No where to walk/run
Food is nice but can get a bit samey

Tips
Buy a bottle of something from the airport as you will be back in your room by 9.30...
Hide said bottle until after the maid has come otherwise they will take it
Buy coke/water etc from outside of the resort
If you need water in the day go to the beach bar down the beach not to the hotel
If you want to go and see Fethyie, Olu Deniz etc, get the Domus for 5TL each - ask the hotel to organise
Take lots of books/things to do!

Huge disappointment. From the first sight - beautiful nature, wonderful place, quite and peacefull. Deluxe Villa is really deluxe, but our friends stayed in standart room and it was tired, several things needed repairing, very thin walls etc. But the main disaster was the food - it felt like a three star hotel and I was really suffering every breakfast-lunch-dinner remembering how much we payed for this "deluxe" place. During three days the desert table was absolutly the same (smthng very unpleasantly looking and not tasty), nobody ate it but each next evening - here they are, nobody will throw them away, may be dear guests will eat them today or the day after! Never, never in my life I thought it could happen in 5 star hotel in Turkey! Bars were not working, restorant a-la carte - not working, no coffee - coffee-machine was broken and noone was in hurry to fix it. Poor food, poor service, not worth even halt a money we payed((

before i have been to thıs hotel i had many questions but when i arrived there , i have already got my answers .i decided about hotel that is really secluded paradise .first location is great and foods are perfect
