Since I could not find any reportings about Izmir Princess Hotel, I see it necessary to write some comments. I had some of my guests accommodated at this hotel and I also stayed here several times.
It is no doubt one of the best hotels of Izmir. Hilton and Crown Plaza may be considered to be better than Princess; but Princess is certainly more reasonable when you book through an agency.

The hotel is a five stars hotel officially. It deserves this in many ways, but I think that some renovations are needed. What is needed as renovations are usually not very visible since some negative sides are compensated by the nice location the hotel has. The hotel is located in a green area with fresh air and the rooms have a good view over the Gulf of Izmir or the forest.

Wellness section is good for massage and beauty treatment. The lobby is spacious. The food has a good reputation. It should also be remembered that there is a tunnel between Izmir Princess Hotel and the physical treatment center of Balcova Thermal Hotel. In this treatment center, the guests have access to different treatment programs.
Izmir Princess Hotel has thermal water in the bathrooms. Though the hotel is at the outskirts of Izmir, it has transport services by minibuss to the city center.
