We didn't have a very good start to our holiday, we used a cheap travel company that only flys to turkey, we hadn't heard any good reviews about them, so just stay away from 'Gold'!!!!! The transfer was a shambles and at one point they wanted to leave the two of us (young girls) on the edge of the road to get a taxi.
This is where all the bad things stopped and our amazing holiday began.

There weren't many english speaking people, however everyone was really friendly, especially the animation team, and we could make ourselves understood.
Our room, or chalet as we liked to call it, has all the basic amenities you needed, fresh towels always provided and nicely laid out on the bed, free aircon - which is difficult to find in other hotels in turkey. You're not in a big multistory hotel, they are two floor chalets and ours was only a 1 minute walk from the swimming pool and restaurant.
The food was very varied and could accomodate pretty much anyone! you have got to try the jacket potatoes and always try what is on the grill!!! As it's an all inclusive resort you have to try a bit of everything, although after 11pm you have to pay for drinks, which are still very cheap. For those lager drinkers - take your own pint glass as there are only about 6 glasses in the whole resort - we felt like drunkards.
Although excursions were hard to arrange, taxi's are not expensive and are willing to do return journeys. There was also a lot to do around the resort. Scuba Diving (for £20 it's so worth it!!!!), pool games (with cocktail prizes), windsurfing, banana boats, sailing, tennis, volleyball etc so you won't get bored, or you could just stay around one of the two pools and get nice a tan on a free sun lounger. Don't need to get up at the break of dawn to put your towel down either.
Turkish Bath offers a range of beauty treatments which cannot be found in the UK and definitely not at the price!!! The host, Orange, is very friendly and does speak good english.
Do make the effort to go and see the show everynight! I won the bingo and got a free scuba diving session and back massage plus loads of other gifts and vouchers, there's Miss and Mr Atlantis, sketch shows, caberat, and the host dancer is so funny!!! Plus you'll learn loadsa of cheesy dances, but you feel like part of the atlantis family when you do!
Oh and you'll have to word "Cuckcoo" in your head for ages after the holiday!!!
