We spent three days at this hotel from 27th December 2011 and It has to be one of the best hotels in Izmir.
The Service was second to none and nothing was too much for them.
The staff were very friendly and very helpful.
Every request was immediately dealt with and always witha smile and a friendly reply.
Included in the already affordable price, we found a breakfast buffet second to none and all the coffee, tea and soft drinks one could drink. Room service meals were also provided at a very reasonable price!!!
What made this Hotel even more special was its situation which proved to be centrally located so that almost all of the city's attractions were within easy walking distance although the odd taxi ride was also extremely cheap.
We would highly recommend this hotel to all travellers to Izmir as it also proved extremely affordable, including free secure parking on the premises.

My wife and I stayed at Park Hotel Izmir the first week of December. The best value of Park Hotel Izmir is the location. The hotel is within walking distance to the Aegean Sea coast, the Clock Tower square by the sea, the Smyrna Agora (one of the seven churches in the Bible), and tons of shops and eateries on the main boulevards. Park Hotel Izmir is a small hotel. Our room is tiny but clean and adequate. Washroom and shower worked well. The bed was comfortable. Service was excellent. The buffet breakfast included in the room rate was good. There are Turkish restaurants next to the hotel entrance. Turkish food is fresh, good, cheap, and healthy. The only downside of this hotel is the room is not that soundproof. Otherwise, Park Hotel Izmir is a hotel of very good value.

The Park presents itself as a "boutique" hotel, and while I think it a bit large and complex for that moniker, it is a very nice, well-managed and conmfortable hotel. We stayed on a Sunday evening before taking the train to Banirma. The room was large and well-outfitted; the only problem was my failure to determine how to turn the TV off with the remote. I was too tired to deal with the Frtont Desk on this and simply pulled the plug: No problem. We had an excellebnt dinner in the DR that evening; I wanted a steak and it was first-rate. Breakfast was lavish, with an extensive selection. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room rate and the restaurant were very reasonably priced. I'd return here without question.

This is a lovely desgined hotel with sweet and pretty choice of colors.
I stayed in a standard double room, it was very clean, and the bed was exactly what i was looking for(not so hard and not so soft).
Breakfast was excellent with free beverages all day and night.
Staff were very nice and helpful.
Excellent value for money, and good location between the sea and Baseman station.
