A manager turns into a Japanese, and it is a very clean hotel now. I recommend it. Both the swimming pool and the guest room are clean. The hot water flows, too.The buffet of the morning was very delicious at night, too.All rooms have the balcony which faced the swimming pool.

Run down and in need of a refurbishment. The hotel is extremely tatty. Gloomy, run down reception area. The bedrooms are in a block similar to a 1960's Butlins.
The bedroom was dark and dinghy. Extremely uncomfortable (hard) bed. Bathroom - grubby, no shower curtain and a small hip bath. Room had a 'grubby' smell.
Pool - dull and you couldn't see the floor of the pool which is a sign of a dirty pool. Pool area was not clean - a build up of dirt over many years.
The evening meal was fried chicken and chips.
Breakfast - boiled eggs and bread.
Give this a wide berth. I was glad I was only booked in for 1 night.
The only positive is that it is very close to the tourist attraction in Pamukkale - which is definitely worth a visit.

We stayed at the Kocak Hotel as part of our tour. It is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, and I've travelled quite a bit.

The room was dirty and dingy, and the toilet didn't flush. As well as this, the hot water didn't work. When we went out to complain, the man at the front desk said the hot water system had broken, however other members of our group got hot showers, so he had simply lied to us just to get rid of us. The rooms were freezing, and even with the heater on full blast we had to ask for 2 blankets each just to keep warm.

The so called buffet restaurant was terrible - it offered 2 choices for mains and half a dozen very uninspiring starters. Drinks were way over priced also. The staff in the restaurant were friendly, but not enought to make up for everything else.

I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone, it is simply terrible.
