“Clean, cozy, nice food, helpful staff”

We stayed at the Venus hotel only one night, but were very pleased with the experience. It is small, cozy and clean place. Our room was very nice, the bed was comfortable, TV had intl channels; we had a balcony from which the white terraces could be seen. They serve tasty food, nice Turkish coffee. The hotel owner speaks excellent English. Since buses don’t go to Pamukkale, it is very important that you arrange your pick up at the Denizli bus station. The terraces are pretty far away from the hotel, so they offer a ride to the gates, which is very helpful.

Room Tip: If you are going to be in Pamukkale during sunset, ask for the room with the balcony.

We stayed only 1 night and liked this place.
However there is no central heating and in winter time is realy cold in the room and you can rely on only at air condition.
The breakfast and dinner was perfect and cooked by our host. Thanks a lot!

“Best Hotel in Pamukkale”

We stayed two night in this very nice, family run hotel. The rooms were in traditional Turkish decor and very confortable and clean. The hotel was convenient to Hierapolis ruins and travertines. The food was excellent, excellent, excellent! You will want to eat all of your meals at the Venus while staying in Pamukkale. Do not miss swimming in the ancient hot pool. It is a great experience.

“Comfortable, quiet, no hassle haven”

I stayed with my small child in this pension for one night in October 2011. After a slight hiccup with our reservation was resolved, our room was made ready and we settled in and enjoyed a snack before heading to the Travertines. The hotel is very clean, good facilities in the rooms including kettle, tea and coffee, warm bedding and good floor space and cupboard for clothing, baggage, etc. Breakfast has plenty of variety, although somewhere to put your teabag would be good!
The only hassle was that from the little town it was a dark and deserted walk back to the hotel after dinner with my small child - not one I would choose to do again...during the summer it wouldn't be a problem, and during the day the minibuses go past frequently.

“Elegant and friendly, great value!”

The greatest room so far on this trip- elegant, clean, and exceptional value. Loved the balcony! Eating in the group dining room on low Turkish tables was friendly and a great place to meet other travellers. Large Turkish breakfast and friendly family service gets the Venus 2 thumbs up.
