“good hotel with very good spa”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 February 2012

This modern hotel is well appointed with good rooms, excellent en suites and a relaxing dining room and a free thermal pool which is both indoor and outdoor. (There were no indications about how long to stay in the pool and any possible risks.) It is very convenient for Pamukkale/Hierapolis. The staff were friendly and helpful and eventually produced another pillow when this was requested.

I was delighted that the spa offered lomi lomi massage which was good and very relaxing, although the two masseuses whispered a lot in Turkish which was a bit off-putting. (They did not seem to speak German or English, which could be a problem.) The floors around the spa and jacuzzi were wet and could be slippery but I was provided with a pair of slippers as soon as this was noticed. I was interested in the Dr Fish treatment but opted for Lomi massage.

This hotel also served some dishes that were Turkish, which was great as otherwise there tends to be an inclination to provide 'international' food. There was local Turkish wine on the menu too.

This was a great hotel for a one night, or probably a longer, stay.

“Mixed Bag”

This hotel has some very good points and some not so good points.

First, the good points. Hotel has an indoor thermal pool, which is great in winter. They also offer Dr Fish, where you put your feet in a fish tank and the fish nibble at your feet, eating off loose skin, and at the same time they give a very unique foot massage. The spa is also very good, where we were able to go for some treatments including a Turkish bath. Our therapists were very professional and friendly, even though English was a problem for them.

Dinner was very good with a large selection from the buffet.

Check in was also quick and efficient.

They are also very close to one of the entances to Hieropolis.

Now for the bad. The room was terrible. It was very dorm like, with a double bed and a single bed in the room. The hairdryer in the bathroomwas ancient and useless, and did not have a proper nozzle. My wife was barely able to dry her hair with this contraption.

The staff at dinner seemed very keen to get rid of us, even though we were there in ample time before closing time, and they were not much better at breakfast.

In my opinion, the spa and thermal pool save this hotel from a worse rating than I have given it.

“Beautiful hotel and we enjoyed the Thermal Pool”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 December 2011

Followed group tour and stayed for a night during end of Nov and the hotel was very busy and crowded groups stayed in.

Beautiful hotel with modern decorations. The room corridors are linked to all the hotel blocks indoor with proper signs leading guests to the Thermal Pool. Therefore, most of the guests were able to conveniently just with their bathrobes on and were seen walking at the corridors in their bare feet. Suggest to provide disposal slippers for guests in the room. The hairdryer provided in the room had a very weak blower, difficult to dry our hair.

When we arrived the hotel at about 5:30pm, and because of all these in house groups, the Restaurant Manager approached our guide to offer us an option either to have our dinner at 6pm or 8pm, This was a good arrangement to avoid heavy traffic in the restaurant. Since the Thermal Pool was crowded with guests , we opted for an early dinner, then relaxed ourselves at the lobby in front of the fire place. We enjoyed at the Thermal Pool with less crowd at about 9.15pm. After the pool and a nice hot shower, we had a very good sleep for the night.
