This modern hotel is well appointed with good rooms, excellent en suites and a relaxing dining room and a free thermal pool which is both indoor and outdoor. (There were no indications about how long to stay in the pool and any possible risks.) It is very convenient for Pamukkale/Hierapolis. The staff were friendly and helpful and eventually produced another pillow when this was requested.
I was delighted that the spa offered lomi lomi massage which was good and very relaxing, although the two masseuses whispered a lot in Turkish which was a bit off-putting. (They did not seem to speak German or English, which could be a problem.) The floors around the spa and jacuzzi were wet and could be slippery but I was provided with a pair of slippers as soon as this was noticed. I was interested in the Dr Fish treatment but opted for Lomi massage.
This hotel also served some dishes that were Turkish, which was great as otherwise there tends to be an inclination to provide 'international' food. There was local Turkish wine on the menu too.
This was a great hotel for a one night, or probably a longer, stay.
