Strange hotel still has some old world charm, but lacking any personal touch by staff. Seems to be mainly used by bus tours which mean it’s very busy at dinner times, and you need to make staff in the restaurant understand that you don’t belong to group tables. Once you get pass that hurdle, dinner is ok if a little rushed. Breakfast was not so good, but seemed to get a little better by the last day. One good aspect with bus tours gone in the daytime it leaves the hotel a very quiet and relaxing place to stay. I did like the side doors leading from the rooms to the pool so you didn’t have to go through the lobby every time you went outside.
