“My home in Capadoccia”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 January 2012

A really genuine Cave Hotel, hosted by its owners who provided a nice and warm environment, even at the craziest hours (like 4 am waiting for the car which would take us to our ballon ride).
Dinner was delicious, typical dishes prepared and presented with great dedication and love. Our stay was full of charm and magic!
Mille merci! Dear Arzu, Muammer and staff (your team!), the angels of my home in Capadoccia. See you soon!

“Staying in Meleklerevi is like finding your home in Turkey!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 January 2012

My wife and I have never felt as good in a hotel as we did in Meleklerevi. We went to Urgup/Cappadocia looking for those famous cave hotels and end up finding the best hotel we ever stayed in. Try to think about all the things you usually look for in a hotel like nice room, service, food,...,then add true Turkish elements and finally wrap it all with an abundance peace. This is what you may find in Meleklerevi. Hope you have the chance to experience all that.

Room Tip: Don`t worry about the room... anyone will provide you with the same amazing experience.

“What a find”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 November 2011

This hotel was warm and accomodating. The staff even sat with me while I waited to be pickup at 430am. Wonderful conversation with owner's family. Lovely breakfast and wine and cheese evening.

“a great place to be!”

i and my wife were at Cappadocia in the later half of October 2011. We wanted to stay in a genuine cave hotel but which was reasonably priced. it was by accident that we located this hotel on tripadvisor. Surprisingly its listed under B and B. We booked the room directly through the website of the hotel. Though they do not have an online reservation system the owners Maummer and Arzu respond almost within 3-6 hours on the bookings. This hotel has just 6 to 8 rooms and some of them are real cave rooms. Even the owners are transparent enough to admit the same. The hotel is located on an inner lane and about 300 meters from the main road. Thats the only disadvantage with this place in terms of a relatively weak location. Barring this the hotel scores on every front. Both the owners Maummer and his wife Arzu are phenomenal hosts. They guided us with the tours and all other travel related arrangements. Being Vegetarians they took special care about us to prepare something warm that was vegetarian for us. Maummer was always present when we had breakfast to give us tips about what to try and what were the specialities. The choice for breakfast was very sufficient and good in terms of quality. All my bookings for the excursions as well as for the Whirling Deverish and Hot Air Balloon were done by Maummer at reasonable rates. The cave room that I stayed in was reasonably large and we found it very fascinating. The entire experience from pick up to drop and the stay and the food we found to be phenomenal. I and my wife were more than satisfied.

Room Tip: i stayed at a room calledHOPE
