Close to the Goreme Open Air Museum. Good sized rooms. Internet did not work in the rooms. Had to go to the lobby for wifi.

Nothing to fault about the hotel but if I was staying for more than a couple of nights I think I could find a more 'evocative' place to stay - bearing in mind the rich surroundings. However, clean, food pretty good, and difficult to be constructively critically.

The waiters were absolutely rude, could hardly speak a word of English, almost hostile, -- one morning, at breakfast time, they attacked a girl of our group who was taking away a piece of cake for lunch. Unbelievable.
Since our group was charged for extra drinks, after every meal we were asked for money; the problem was we couldn't even finish to eat when some waiter was asking for the money by touching our back. These people don't have a clue what service and professionalism is.
Prices were unbelievably high for Turkey.
Do NOT go there.

Good variety of food. Poor air conditioning - we had to change rooms, as it didn't work, although staff had still booked us in there, in spite of outdoor temp. of 38degrees. Deposit is charged for a second 'key' if you want to keep air conditioning on during the evening. Lots of tour groups. We were picked up from hotel for dawn hot air balloon trip. Fantastic!
