I have stayed in other Dedeman hotels, I can say this one is a disappointment for the chain. We had a reservation for a family room but what we found was a suite with an extra bed in sitting room. With this extra bed, there was no place to walk and it wasn't possible to sit on the armchairs (simply, you have to sleep). We really didn't mean this while asking for a family room. Furniture was quite old fashion. The AC was old and noisy.
But the staff was kind and responsive as we expected. The room and bathroom was clean. Facilities are satisfactory.
We stayed in a cave hotel in Göreme for two nights and we regretted staying here on third night.

Being that this is my first review of a hotel on this site, you may think that my comments are untrustworthy or reactionary, and that is fine. But the reason i am providing this feedback is that this hotel is so bad that i feel it is my duty to express my dissatisfaction.

I am providing this after spending 3 weeks traveling throughout Turkey and developing a broad understanding of the nuances and differences between US style of hotels and Eastern European style. This hotel epitomizes the sleazy tour package cattle processing machine and utilizes every trick possible to trip up a unsuspecting US style traveler.

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: Nickled and dimed for everything, Service for anything is worse than DMV, included food package was pathetic and dinning room worse than hospital cafeterias, Absurdly high prices for any alcohol except for Turkish beer and raki, dial-up speed internet service that takes 3 passwords to log in and then times out after 10 minutes, 2 elevators for the whole building that only hold 2 people at a time, $4 per tea bag if you drink tea for dinner, smoke- free rooms that are more smoke saturated and polluted than my chain-smoking mother-in -law's car, cardboard thin walls and shared ventilation system that makes neighboring rooms like Japanese tea rooms, the hotel is situated in the middle of a huge open expanse (probably 2.5 miles) away from the nearest commercial area, staff horribly rude and inattentive!

really enjoy my stay at dedeman hotel nevsehir. my room is nice, clean and comfortable.
the dinner at the pool side is amazing, tasty and delicious.love the breakfast as well

Spent two nights here on a Grand European Tour. Hotel is not centrally located and there's no where you can walk to from the hotel. You are captive unless you get a cab to drive you somewhere. The rooms are not small but not too large, either. The beds are uncomfortable, kind of like a fabric covered ironing board.

The buffet breakfasts and dinners were mainly OK. The coffee is pretty dreadful. I was expecting better from the Douwe Egberts coffee machine, but they must have the setting on "coffee-flavored water" to save money on coffee beans. The pide (pizza) stand at night was nice and the pides were good. Not too bad, not quite excellent. Large selection at breakfast, just couldn't get over how tasteless the coffee was.
