The hotel charges a 5 star-hotel price but doesn't deliver when it comes to the service. When checking out, they had made mistakes in the bill, so I had to point it out for them...but the worst thing was that they had lost our luggage when we checked out. Yep, the morning when we were checking out the hotel staff had sent our luggage with another group of tourists who were taking the plane from Kayseri to Istanbul. We were travelling back to Istanbul via Nevsehir. Thus we were forced to board the plane in Nevsehir without our luggage, not knowing when or if we would ever see our luggage again. As a result, I spent my last day in Istanbul trying to retrieve my luggage instead of relaxing. The hotel didn't offer any compensation...I would seriously not advise any person to stay in this hotel. The only good thing was the friendly lady who worked in the spa.

Great place - beautifully designed, hidden gem close to key places in Cappadocia.

Room small and had know where to put clothes cases etc. Safe I ordered never came, got wake up call at 4am which was in error, was surprised that meal there was charged in euros when everything else in Turkish Lire.
