I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Very friendly staff, lovely room, great location, beautiful hotel, nice bar. What more could you want?

Excellent hotel! The reception was great, extremely clean and amazing rooms and a wonderful view of the city.
We were very well welcomed by two soons of the hotel owner who helped us carry our bags up to reception and then down to our room.
The room they offered us was typical of the region (No. 7), dug in the rocks, with a fireplace and heating mattress. There was even new slippers, two bottles of water and tea when we arrived. Incredible!
The breakfast was complete and all recommended services were highly reliable (balloon ride with Butterfly balloons and the transfer service to and from the airport).

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at the hotel for making this part of our trip so enjoyable and memorable. Thank you for welcoming us so well and for making us feel at home even so we were so far away from it.

a nice friendly place the staff was very helpfull the breakfast was excellent the rooms very clean as was the courtyard and went on one of their tours which was excellent i would recommend travellers cave pension to anyone i will most definitely be staying there again.. susan from london england

Stayed here in the heat of summer, around 35C every day. The location of the hotel is difficult to find (as are they all here) so we stopped at one of the Balloon ride places and they called them and a van was there in 5 mins to have us follow them up (we were riding our motorcycle).
Our room was very comfortable and clean, carved out of the rock, neat, and they then sat you down and let you know how to maximize your visit. They offer a hiking tour of some of the best areas for 10 Tl each, including bussing out there, and a refreshment 1/2 way thru.
It was excellent. The breakfasts were superb, the Greek yogurt is outstanding with their special made jam added. And they provided a nice surprise gift at the end. You will absolutely love this place.
And the view from the patio up top is spectacular to watch the balloons in the morning. You are at the top of Goreme.
