This little hotel is located in the heart of Göreme village, yet it's quiet and calme around. From the first minute you feel yourself welcome.The owner (Selim) is really kind and helpful and willing to help you with everything: shuttle service from and to the airports, booking tours (the family has also a tour company, selling tours with very reasonable prices). The room was cosy and cleaned everyday. The breakfast was served on the roof terrace where you could enjoy the unique views of Göreme. I really enjoyed my stay and can warmly recommend this hotel!

We spent 2 nights in this beaut little hotel. Rooms have local character, are spacious and very comfortable. A/cond is available for an extra 10TIL per night but there are also nice big windows if the insects don't worry you.

We are a famıly of 4 and stayed ın gulteken motel for 5 days,Thıs ıs the best budget motel we ever stayed,Servıce ıs excellent,rooms are cleaned everyday,wonderful turkısh breakfast wıth aerıal vıew of goreme.Nıce good sıze rooms and bathrooms,Food can be prepared here on order and qualıty ıs very reasonable ınclude the prıce whıch ıs lısted,Very close to town centre and all amenıtıes.Selım the owner go out of the way to help.wıth a very frıendly nature and treat guests lıke famıly.Yes we would recommend thıs hotel to any type of traveller.sıngle,famıly or groups.

Where to start? The owner (Salem) was amazing. He picked us up from the coach station and was fabulous there onwards. He and his staff were always polite and provided a brilliant and professional service that was also very homely and personal.

The hotel location is perfect and two minutes walk from the main square. If you require a tour of cappadocia then i suggest you get in touch with Salem as he will be able to give you a private tour and this cheaper than the tour companies (his father owns Hiro tour company so you will be in good hands). He was very informative and stopped off where ever you wanted, allowing you to take as many photos as you needed. It was brilliant to see he was still so enthused about the area. I would also ask him about booking you a hot air balloon ride/mini bus to airport if you want/need.

From everywhere i have stayed and all the hotel owners i have met, Salem has by far been my favourite of them all. Always pleasant and full of energy.
