I have stayed here 3 times in three different rooms as well as in 2 othr hotels in Goeme and this as the best value by far. OK it had some quirks, there was not hot water at 1100m and the toilets suffered fom the mineral disolouration tthat affects this area but very clean and warm and comfortable and friendly staff. Also very quiet.

We went to Cappadocia in November and stayed on the third floor. This hotel gave us a wonderful cave experience with a great price. The room was warm and cozy and the warm water was in the shower was welcoming after cold days outside. The staff at the hotel MADE our experience. They were freindly and helpful in everything we did. They made a wonderful breakfast and were always happy to help us in whatever ways they could. We will definitely be back and will stay here!

Ali and his brothers (new management, can't remember their names...) were the most friendly and helpful people i̇'ve met during my stay in Turkey.
As soon as I checked in, Ali gave me the best offers on tours around Göreme region, restaurant and even a very nice hamam to relax with discounts.
I've spent 2 nights in Elif Star Caves and it certainly was the best hotel I've stayed during my 2 weeks holidays: the room was cozy, warm at night, clean bathroom, hot water all the time and complimentary tea/ coffee. I also got the best view during sunset, possibility of shower after check out, pick up and drop off at bus stop (center of Göreme) and always with a smile. The breakfast was also delicious with home made fruit jams (a variety of choices for breakfast). I couldn't ask for more...

Stayed in October, on third floor. We loved our 2-bed room. Every part of the hotel (except the flies in the breakfast room) was utterly charming. Great location, with wonderful walks up into the hills (and into a hidden church) across the street, and balloons overhead every morning. They sent us to our favorite rooftop restaurant in Goreme -- the SOS. When electricity went off, they'd start the generator quickly. (Two things I would have liked in our room: a mat to make the bathroom floor less slippery when showering, and something lighter than the very heavy duvet for cover at night.) But what an experience!
