An excellent place - family run, great service, beautiful cave rooms (recently renovated) and fantastic location - in town, but a little high up for an amazing view.
Our room was a beautiful suite, very comfortable, with all amenities. The breakfast is a simple buffet, but with 8+ dishes, traditional Turkish. The only thing that would take points off is that the coffee served is Nescafe! :( - c'mon, we are in Turkey!. Mustafa Yurdakal and his brother Onur will arrange all tours for you, from hot air balloon to a traditional 'whirling dervishes' ceremony. We did not have to worry about anything. Highly recommended.
