Anafartalar Hotel is a mid-range hotel, located right by the waterfront at Canakkale. Rooms were average; comfortable enough, with a small balcony you could sit on to watch the sunset or the ferries go in and out of the adjacent dock. Was a bit noisy because of the location close to the ferries, but nothing a set of earplugs couldn't deal with. The buffet dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was a bit hard to find (first floor); indoors so no choice but to put up with smokers, although we did find a seat by an opening window. Basic Turkish breakfast - nothing flash, especially when compared with the dinner spread. The hotel is very convenient if you're going back and forth on the ferry to Gallipolli. It's also right at the waterfront so you can spend some time wandering along the very nice boulevard, drinking coffee, seeing the Brad Pitt movie's Trojan horse etc.
