the ac was very hot , staff do not speak good english and the manager of the hotel was very rute and not freindly at all (the manager has to go for a training in customer service) . very bad hotel from the service side and staff attitued . I do not recommend this hotel to any of my friend and I will not stay again in it next time.

The hotel rooms are big spacious and very clean as in terms of service from reception to housekeeping they are excellent. The hotel leisure amenities include Turkish Hamaam at very reasonable price of 35 leeras for 2 person as in private hamaam for 1 hour. The breakfast offering in morning is really good and internet works well in the rooms as well. A good addition to the hotel could be a Swiming pool which was missing. The location is very near to Uladag mountain highway but far from Bazaar area. You need to take a taxi inorder to goto the city area or atleast 40mins walk to reach there.
Overall only location is what dissapoints but as a Hotel experience this one was wonderful.

Task that for that they often work outside office is important to have one logon in the hotels. The service wireless anatolia works well alone in the lobby, in the rooms they have said to me that it signal gis also Ok but... but a service like the wireless or they give ok or is best for all if they don't give it.
