I have been in this hotel several times in 2010. It is good hotel, if you want to stay 15 km away from city centre on the west side of Bursa. Mainly closes to factories. Please be aware that, this is not family hotel at all, mainly for business and for short stays. After having some difficulties, i have asked the company to put me in city centre with same cost. This hotel is very noisy and impact your sleep quality. I believe this building was not designed for hotel. Because actually in the Bursa Uludag University area, may be built for student hostel or similar usage. Because in your room, easly you can hear next rooom like in your room. Any tv,any sneeze, any cough, any moaning duiring sex, it seems in your room. In two times of my stays, i could not sleep because of next door couple had very long sex, like in my room. Then i gave up. The walls are like biscuits.
However, may be for a few days for business you can stay with good food.

This hotel has lovely rooms and the food is excellent. Its great for an overnight stop, but not central to anywhere.

The quality of the hotel room furniture and the cleanliness were up to Holiday Inn standards.
If you wish to have a drink in the bar you either help yourself as there is no barman or you are very patient. Patience is anyway what you need in any F&B outlet of the hotel. For example if you ask for a cappuccino for breakfast it takes at least 15 minutes. The "à la carte" restaurant was closed due to Ramada and I had to eat from the buffet in one of the banqueting room for the whole week.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights with my kids. We had three rooms. The rooms were basic and clean. the service was good. Great value.

The hotel is ourside the city but it was a great place for my family as we were taking daily full day tours.

The garden in the back is a good place to relax away from the kids noise at the end of the day.

Although no one from the hotel staff had ever tried to stop me from carrying in food. I didnt like the policy they had written on a paper that guests are not allowed to bring in food.

the swimming pool is big but dull.

Take the executive room it is much bigger and nicer.

very good for a three star hotel.
