We spent a couple of nights here after a week of travelling and ruin-hopping. It was great to just stop and relax. The perfect place for this. Comfortable, adequate and very clean rooms, outstanding scenery and very enjoyable outdoor terrace for drinks and meals.
The menu was great...too much choice, and the wait service outstanding. Our waiter remembered our drinks order from one night to the next...that is service (there were four of us)!
My one gripe would be that it is easy to get lost if in the far tower, and trying to find your way around, to and from the dining area, often took a litttle longer than planned. Good stop off point for touring around the region. It was always great to come back to a really clean room at the end of the day. Could have easily spent more time here.

The Charisma Hotel is a modernn hotel on the water in Kusadasi.Helpful staff and wonderful views.Food was great.Probably the best hotel in the area

This recent hotel is built right on the coast with magnificent sea view from every room and a beautiful large outdoor pool. This could have been the recipe for an excellent stay. Unfortunately, the hotel operation seem really substandard, with poor decoration and cheap looking furniture, messy check in and noisy lobby, disorganized room service and really distasteful and unpleasant breakfast. I guess ok for a night or two and you get a good rate of less than 90 eur a night but expect nothing from the service.

Spent a fantastic week at the Charisma Deluxe Hotel....Where to start.
Great views of the Aegean from every room, fantastic ammenities, an amazing selection of food (you'd have to be picky not to find something to eat). There's no beach (which is common to most hotels in this area), but the sun deck (with ladders into the water) more than make up for it...Fanastic inifinity pool (but very cold water). The room was all you could want. very large, excellent balcony and a spa bath....what more could ask for. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definately come back.
