I recently went on holiday to Turkey for the first time and stayed at Turkin Hotel, Obviously with the price i paid i did not expect The Plaza, The rooms were basic but clean, the staff were friendly, great view from the front and the weather was great. Dont go on hotel reviews always make your own mind up. Its not that bad!

This is by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed in we stayed there 2 weeks no towel changes no bedding changes rooms were not cleaned, staff could not speak any english at all. refused to clean the pool and by the end of the first week had gone green i have pictures please ask. i advise never stay at this hotel its disgusting. and i havent mentioned the toilets but you can work that 1 out.

when walking in at 5am the hotel reception looked horrible but the rooms are ok basic but they are fine I have to admit I have stayed in 5* and 3* and this is not that bad the view from my room was excellent (sea view) the pool was ok downside never any sun beds my daughter and I enjoyed our stay the bus stop was outside the hotel so this took use to the main centre the food basic but edible I ate a few times in the evenignas we was half board and my daughter was fine the staff were great with her they took care of us alot the reception staff were so helpful and always making sure we was ok......the pool staff were a bit pervy

We arrived late from schedule at 9.30pm due to a bus tour breakdown-tyre puncture.
Dinner is included in the itinerary but the hotel said kitchen was already closed and there was no offer to compensate dinner/help to arrange transport to restaurant in town whatsoever..and we are travelling with a 2 year old ,mind you.
Got a shock when we arrived at the room, toilet bowl was dirty (there were traces of feces!), no hot water for shower, no TV, towels are not clean and blankets are thin..
Next morning, we found out that breakfast will only be ready at 8.15am (and the tour bus is coming at 8.30am). The eating utensils are not clean, but we are no longer surprised by then.
Came back from tour to found out that there was no room cleaning done.
As for dinner that night, we were served chicken nuggets with rice !! How very convenient!!
By the next morning we were saying prayer of thanks that our stay there was over...
seriously i've never been to a worst hotel in my entire life!!

By the way, the hotell staffs were not friendly at all.. We were even told in the first morning that our tour were cancelled, luckily we lingered around the lobby because I dont know wether there was a mix up or a scam in the making....(the tour bus did arrive a bit later)
