“Definitely not a four star hotel!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 November 2011

My husband and I vacation in Turkey October 24th through November 7th 2011. This hotel was part of our tour package and we were there for 3 nights.First impressions often reveal some truths. Well, upon entering the hallway to go to our room, we were greeted by the smell of sewage. The hotel is dated - circa 1990's, very dated and in need of a major over haul!. The carpet in the hallways and in our room was as thin as felt. The bathroom also emitted a smell of sewage. The only plus I can say about this hotel was that it was in a good location to shops, restaurants, etc. The buffet breakfast was typical European fare, nothing special, just enough to get you through the morning until lunch. We did notify the travel agency ( Turista Travels) about not sending its clients to this hotel. They were misled and booked its clients in this hotel based on its "four star" rating!! Four stars it is not, A one star hotel, yes!!

Room Tip: Do your research and pick a better hotel in the area!

“This is not a 4-star hotel!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 October 2011

We stayed there 2 nights only because it was part of a tour. Upon arrival, the man at the front desk stated we weren't booked there, even though there was a sheet on the desk for us letting us know what time our tour starts the following morning. As soon as we walked into the room, we smelled the mildew. It was horrible. The walls were dirty, and the bathroom was dirty. The food for breakfast was nasty, and we didn't know that dinner was included with our stay. We weren't informed about dinner upon check in. Wifi was free, but it wasn't working for a few hours. This hotel is truly deceiving. On the outside, it looks really nice. You would never think that it was so nasty on the inside. I've already informed the tour company we used with the hope that they will find another hotel to put their guests up in. It's definitely not a 4-star hotel!!

Room Tip: Don't stay here!

“Worst Possible Hotel - Avoid at all cost”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 September 2011

We spent two nights here, part of a tour. Front desk is not friendly at all, rooms were not bad but not clean, balconies are stacked so that next door neighbors look into your room. We found out that we had dinner inbcluded but noone told us when we checked in. Besides, the food for breakfast was terrible. In a country where fresh food and vegetables are so overlyabundant, this hotel had stale breads and pretzels, no eggs, no fresh fruit.

Avoid at all cost.

“Dirty and smelled of smoke”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 September 2011

I stayed there one night, and only because it was part of a tour. My room smelled of smoke and I found hair in the sheets. Upon calling the front desk to ask for a non-smoking room, the person at the front desk came and sprayed the room with air freshener. Also, there were hair clips and an old luggage tag on the floor, so the room definitely hadn't been vacuumed in awhile. The breakfast did not have much of a selection. I am happy I only had to stay one night.

“Not what we expected”

we recently returned from the hotel. concidering it is classed as a 4* hotel, and ive been to many 4* hotels, we were very disapointed.
we took our 1year old son with us and the hotel did not have a high chair to put him in, so we found it very hard for make him sit and have a meal he was alsways running around, and not intersted in eating. With travelling, living and working in turkey, i found that the food was very bad, my husband is Turkish and he even found the food not suatible to eat some nights,. Although we always had a good starter.
The Pool grids were black and dirty, not once did we go swimming in there and very rearly found that anyone else did. But the beach across the way was nace and sandy costs 10tyl for a sunbed and umbrella a day, but better than sitting a the dirty pool.
Room Balconys were very dangerous, the gaps were big enough for my child to fit through. The toilet was stained brown from the water.
The hotel is in need of a refurb and quick!!!!!!!
Even though this hotel was not up to our standards i do have to say you could not fault the cleaners, they came in every day, most days having clean towels too, the bedding was nice and clean and the beds were comfy.
All the staff were friendly and helpful.
I will not be returning to the hotel and if you have booked to go here, the hotel is in a perfect position to go out and enjoy your holiday. We did not have the best hotel. but we made the most out of our time there and will be retuning to Kusidasi again next year, but to another hotel.

Room Tip: all rooms come with aircon, and tv with many diffrent channels, all rooms you can see the sea.
