I would like to start with the fact that we (young couple-25 years old) spent a week in this hotel back in May 2011 from 13th to 20th May so I guess this is the main reason that we really liked this hotel and very much enjoyed our vacation there. I suspect that in the high season it can get pretty crowded there thus the quality of the services provided may drop significantly.
In the time we were there the hotel was from 20% to 60% full so there was plenty of free tables on dinner and lunch, we can find free sun chairs even after 11 AM, the SPA was always empty and every time we went to the sauna it was only occupied by us (it is lovely with the window in frond with the beautiful view of the hotel and bay).
STUFF:
Most were great, very helpful.
FOOD:
80% of the food we've tried was tasty and healthy. I don't eat meat so can say that every day there was some kind of fish (grilled, fried, cooked, etc) and the "salad maker" guy was great in what he does!
RECEPTION:
This is the only place we did experienced a problem. We've paid for a Sea view room, however we were offered a corner room with literary prison sized window which was unacceptable and we had to go and ask them to change our room. They stared explaining that all are booked and they can not change it for a number of reasons and etc so they offered us another room which was even worse: on the first floor with NO sea view. We had to go back and do the how exercise again and after maybe 10 minutes arguing the finally gave us the room we have booked: 6th floor excellent view :) so my advise is not to give up but insist on receiving what you have paid for!
I would recommend this hotel but only for the low season :)
