“Funny!”

It one of the best holidays with my friends. We were about 10 young people company and we all liked this hotel. There were many other young people from Europe, Russia and Turkey. Our rooms were big enough for 3 people living there, however we spent there so little time casue all days were full of animation program and other activities. Food was good, but nothing special, at least we were never hungry. Once we went to a-la cart restaurant and we spent nice time with beautiful sea view. The advantage is Adaland aquapark and we visited it 2 times. All night and evenings we spent on disco - Havana disco (which is 20 minutes walk) or Hotel disco or we went to entre of Kusadasi to bar street (15 minutes by taxi).

“Nice Family Holiday”

Stayed at the Tusan Beach for a fortnight in July. The rooms were slightly dated, however large and very clean. We had beautiful views out onto the sea. The staff at the hotel are very polite and go out their way to help you.

The food was good but not the best. It was slightly repetative, however many would argue that it was just typical for all-inclusive (I may just be being snobby). There was always plenty of fresh fruit, meat etc and the restaurants had the most amazing views onto the sea.

The hotel is situated slightly outside Kusadasi as are most all inclusives. However, the "Dolmus" run regularly from outside the hotel and take approximately 20 minutes to get into the centre of Kusadasi.

I found the hotel up to a decent standard. Was very clean, the food was ok, entertainment was ok. There is a disco on every night for teenagers/young adults which can sometimes have a great atmosphere. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here and would be happy to answer any quieries.

we went here about july 2003 yes it was a few years ago but we are going again summer next year 2012 as well we went here with our youngest son and his friend and we enjoyed the holiday and the nearest town and village everyone was friendly and the room was good and the food very agreeable the boys were 15 and they also had a great time the night manger was very good with them and they all made good friends i also think that congratulations are due to the managment for there young staff but not for all the adult staff as they try to get extra money off you with there lies and they can also be very heavy handed with the children not only ours but others they need to learn about other cultures so do our children but the english is there main customers perhaps meet in the middle but tht aside we are going again as it is within reach of so much.

Room Tip: all the sea view rooms/pool rooms/

“Great holiday break!”

I went to the Tusan in October, and wanted a holiday, rather than a grand tour! I did want to go to Ephesus, and enjoyed the day there. The hotel was excellent. I had a sea view room with a balcony, and a wonderful view of the bay and sea, and garden. The hotel was very clean and the gardens were well tended, and the beach was clean. I found the staff were very helpful, and my friend who was less able than myself, was very pleased with the waiters who helped her carry her plates to the table from the extensive buffet. It was 'all inclusive' and there were no restrictions on the amount of food, drinks including wine and spirits...I was very impressed! My only adverse comment would be that a lot of the food was not hot on the buffet, and the plates were cold, so by the time you got to sit and eat it, the food was cold. I find that is generally the case with the 'bain Marie' water heater method used in many hotels.
The weather went quite cool while we were there, and the room maids immediately appeared with a trolley loaded with duvets and blankets for the beds. It wass very nice there, and I would like to go again someday.

Room Tip: The upper floors facing the sea would be best, as there are trees in the grounds which would stop yo...

“" great location, friendly staff "”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 November 2011

Our party made up of 6 adults and 2 children stayed at the Tusan Beach on the last week of October.
On approach I was a bit apprehensive as the hotel has the appearance of a large imposing concrete block, the only redeeming feature being that it was in a bay area, right on a small sandy beach. On entering the reception area though, I started to feel a bit more at ease as you could tell instantly that it was spotlessly clean.
Our check in was very quick and easy and the reception staff were very helpful. We were given rooms on the 2nd floor and were shown to them by the porters who helped with our bags.
On entering the rooms we were pleasantly surprised as they were spotlessly clean and spacious with fantastic views of the pool and sea. The only gripe for me was the size of the bathroom (room 2206) which for 2 adults and 2 children was on the small side but the rest of our party in the rooms next door (2207 and 2211) had loads of space in theirs.
For those who are'nt aware a star rating is awarded to a hotel for the amount of facilities a hotel provides and not on whether the crockery in the dining room is chipped, so yes, while some of the decor could do with some replacement and maintainance, the facilities provided in the height of the season are excellent, with choices of restaurants, 2 pools, watersports, kids entertainment, spa facilities, free transport into town, own beach etc.
Being the end of season and weather starting to cool down we found the pools on the chilly side, but the sea was right on the doorstep and is shallow enough for the kids to play without worrying too much about them getting out of depth.
Staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay and made the kids feel really special (Especially Vefa who my kids thought was the bees knees) and they work such long hours and still have a smile on their faces.
We only had one problem with one of the staff who told me that we had to pay for drinks at the lobby bar but a word with reception soon sorted that out, and we never encountered the German/ English thing.
The kids and evening entertainment was good but if you want some sleep before 12 ask for a room at the back of the hotel or in block 2 because it can be quite loud.
You can catch a dolmus into Kusadasi just at the end of the drive (Ladies the market is on Wednesdays and Fridays), big bargains on bags, wallets, belts etc.
Overall I would recommend this hotel if you can see past the few faults you should be able to spend an enjoyable week or two here.
