“Never going there again”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 October 2010

I need to say, except the nice panorama which you have on the top floor, nothing is good inside that hotel. The water at the shower is salty, the room sockets are hanging outside the wall, furniture dirty, broken room things, poor check-in service, staff doesn't know English. This hotel looked like it had 4* but now it looks like a 2*. The food is horrible 'Meat is a dream', bar drinks taste bad, all inclusive isn't really all inclusive, to lazy to start the air conditioning on the top floor restaurant (very hot) and the location of the hotel is worst. We needed to use buses to get to the beach which was really bad.
The fact that they lied in saying: "Water is salty all over Kusadasi" made me rate the service that low because water NEAR the beach is NOT salty.
Wireless internet was free although (didn't need it).

Apart from the panoramic view, the hotel is completely a useless pile of bricks.
I will never go to that hotel again and I suggest you follow me. This hotel is not made for relaxing, just for getting nervous and having head-aches with the staff.

“Kusadasi - great resort; Esat hotel - needs improvement”

Known as Esat hotel, the accomodation is perfect (clean, beautiful rooms) and the restaurant located at the 6th floor (having the whole Kusadasi Marina panorama) looks very nice. Food is served in the Suedish bufet type and contains a variety of dishes, including meat. It's not true that one can only eat hamburgers and pizza. The eating time is: morning 7:30-9:30; lunch: 12:30 - 14:30; dinner: 19:30 - 21:30...and in between 15:00-17:30 you can serve snacks at the pool, for free. The surrundings are very beautiful. You can go to different beaches nearby but I wouldn't reccomend you the downtown beach, located in the center. You can take a minibus (wich is really frequent and costs 2 turkish lira - 1 euro) and go to Ladie's Beach, which looks amazing. Whatever you do, DON'T trust Siba Tour Agency for your trips. They are really expensive, the guides take you shopping non-stop to locations (during the trips when all you wat to do is visit) from which they obvisously take a percentage of sales (they trick you that they give you a coupon with a discount, but it's not worth it). Their services are very poor and they cancel trips in the very morning they take place, lacking respect for tourists. Siba Tour disappointed us a lot, and I've heard bad feedback about them from more tourists around Kusadasi. You should visit Pamukale, but know first that there are 6 hours on the way and you will only stay 1 hour or so there and not have time to spend and really relax and enjoy the location. Also, visit Efes and Virgin Mary's house! They are really close to Kusadasi and are extraordinary! From the harbour (the Marina), located near the main Bazar, in the center of the resort, you can take various ships and go in a half-a-day cruise on the sea. lunch is included and it's really cheap (around 11-13 euro). It's worth it! In bazars, you need to know how to negociate for every single thing. The Turkish always say a bigger price (they usually double it) for foreign tourists. They were talking big about how they trick British people with fake discounts and really big prices. So watch out, you can negociate and they will come after you with the price you offer, in the end. It's somehow aggressive and funny in the same time. But never trust them. The exchange is to be done at Deniz Bank. That's what I'll recommend, and that's what other tourist recommended me. Also the staff services at Esat hotel were very poor, they don't speak english very well and they don't respect their clients very much.
Kusadasi is a great resort and after 10 days there....I didn't want to leave....

“Fair Price, Nice Hotel, but.......”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 March 2009

The Price was Excellent. The Hotel is clasified as 4 star,s but sure looks like a 3 stars Hotel. The room was vey good. Nice and clean. The water in the Bathroom is salty like every hotel in Turkey. The beach is by a long shot. The nearst beach is almost 1 km away and it's very small and ugly. But U can get a free drive from Hotel to Long Beach. U have small buses in front of the Hotel. I recomend you Ladies Beach, were u can go by bus. Also sea trip and AquaLand are perfect moments for a holiday. The bd parts are: from the hotel to the town Kusadasi Centre u have to be a sportmen to go over an incredible 90 deegres slope. Bazar and city centre are at a 10 min walk. The second worst part is the ALL INCLUSIVE accomodation which is a joke. The food is very little, U can eat only vegetables. Meat is a dream. Local beer is for free but until 10 pm. Restaurant is good only for it's panorama, for pictures, not eating because we didn't have what to eat. Supe was a from a UFO at lunch, were second round was also vegetables. Dessert were 2 peaces very sweet and of course water mellon. A recommend for the breakfast that U go early otherwise.... remains nothing. Staff has to be bought so they'll do something.

“Didn't enjoy stay at Pigale Panorama Sunset Hotel”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 October 2007

My husband and I were very unhappy with the service that was given at the hotel, especially has during my holiday I was admitted to hospital and the staff at the hotel were very unhelpful towards us, which was very distressing. But thankfully the doctor at the hospital was wonderful. The food was terrible and made us ill a few times, so we mostly ate outside the hotel so it was a waste of time going all inclusive. There wasn't much entertainment at the hotel. The hotel was clean but would never stay there again.
