Myself and three friends (all in our 20's)stayed in this hotel in August 2011.
We really enjoyed our stay. We had two twin rooms with B&B.
The rooms are very basic but spacious for two. We had plenty of room.You could fit in three but I think four in the one room would be too squashy. There was some things that could have been easily cleaned/fixed in the rooms but weren.Towels awful! The bathrooms were grand. There was hair dryer and nice size mirror.
Laura, the Thomas Cook rep was excellent.
The staff were friendly but their english wasnt great. Great pool area.Nice & clean. Have to buy water from restaurant at pool area. I wouldnt be depending on the shop inside the hotel.
The breakfast included was the Turkish breakfast. There were cheaper items on menu that we liked however they wouldnt let us have them. Lunch and snacks cheap. You put your money on a card and purchase using the card.
Its in a good location.We walked down to the town on a busy side street in 5 minutes about half an hour back up!!!!We walked most of the time. I would stay here again.
Its prefect for a girly hol if you dont mind v basic accommodation.

Myself and two friends stayed at this hotel in June, have got to say before we went we read some of the reviews on here and was a bit put off.....But i don't know why there are any negative reviews. It was a lovely hotel, lovely pool the rooms were a very good size really clean, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Like to say a big thank you to the manager who was so helpful and pleasant. Had a fantastic time, would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again. j have just returned from golden moon.the rooms basic but ok.had to pay for air conditioning 5pound a day.the food was good we didnt go half board just bought breakfast and lunch you had a card and put money on it and deducted as you spent.the staff were very friendly.were there 4 days no towel change had to ask for towels.a small charge for sunbed mattress about 40pence a day.wasnt as central as i thought got dolmus every nite and taxi back.the san marco restuarant in town was absolutely gorgeous and only 12pound for a three course meal with coffee owned by alex very friendly next to murphys bar in town.i would go back to the golden moon but itwouldnt be my first choice.on the other hand had a brilliant holiday in kusadasi.

As i read all the review's from other guest's ...... and just come back from Golden Moon I think that they must of stayed some where else!. Ive been a chef in 4 & 5 star hotels for over 25 years so i think i qualify to write this... WOW, all the staff in this hotel are Fantastic!, nothing was ever too much trouble. The cleaning was done every day with out fail, the reception staff were very helpfull when Regal the tour company messed up twice. Not forgetting the bar staff, 1 in particular Saban Oguzturk is the friendliest bar man we have ever had the honour to meet. Now the food...... we ate here 4 times all was well flavored , presentation was great, could not fault, now that's my point put across now i'll let the wife write her own review.
I have been to Turkey a few times and stayed at different hotels, the Golden Moon Apart Hotel is one of the best I have stayed in. All the staff were very friendly and helpfull, and always had a smile. The rooms were clean and had everything you needed, the pool was very clean and inviting. The one thing I could moan about was the very steep hill down to Kusadasi town, but after good evening out it did not seem that steep...... I would and will definatley be staying here again. Loved every minute of my holiday.
