Fantastic situation with drop dead gorgeous views from the terrace.
Nice reception and bar. Drinks expensive. Buffet meals OK but not spectacular.
As for the bedroom, I've stayed in better youth hostels.
Small. Patio door did not seal and door catch missing. Wardrobe doors were off their rails with scour marks on floor - I reset them. Stains on furniture and curtains. Mini bar empty - do they not trust us? Shower leaked from the exit pipework in rivers all over the floor. Lighting inadequate.
Worth visiting for an evening drink overlooking the bay but not to stay until they spend money on the bedrooms.

Outdoor patio was lovely. Our room was disappointingly drab with old dirty carpet and drapes. Bathroom was the same. At least our sheets seemed clean. Would not go back or recommend.

Maybe at one time this was a nice hotel - not now. Dirty, filthy carpets in our room - leaking shower, pillows so heavy that they must have full of mites!! Veranda view was nice. Food was weak. Leftovers from day to day. Some fruit was beyond its day. Needs a huge renovation.

Room lighting would suit a barnyard owl!
But I guess that is managements way of disguising the dirty floors, filthy bathroom, poor quality bed and unclean linen.
There is tea and coffee making facilities in the room, provided you don't mind discovering dregs in the cup from a previous user!
We were booked in for 2 nights as part of a tour package. On the second day our room was serviced by pulling up the bed and replenishing unused shampoo with tap water.
Breakfast is poor in quality and variety. Service is non existent.
Don't expect availability of an iron or ironing board.
The bathroom had faulty tap ware. In an attempt to "modernize " the decor styrofoam ceiling panels had been fitted, but they were delaminating from the ceiling substrate. I would question the suitability of using styrofoam ceiling panels in an old weatherboard structure where neither smoke detectors of sprinklers were fitted.
