bungalow room was spotless and comfortable.clean towels and fresh drinks everyday. views and sunsets wer amazing .food spoilt for choice.pools and slides brill .staff great and helpful .joe thomas cook rep brilliant.marina and beach lovely .travelled just myself and 6year old he loved food and pools and entertainment .short walk 2 aquapark swam wth dolphins,boat trips grat value.kusadasi town great and freindly hassle free shopping, market fun ,i felt very safe everywere,ephesus close by amazing day out and ceramic factory ,turkish nite in kusadai brilliant .so much to see and do. dolmus great fun and easy 2catch.went june/july 2011 and have booked 2go back again to pinebay sept 2012 cant wait ,amazing oliday resort cant understand what people are coplaining about !!!!!

first of all, in terms of the food, there is an excellent selection. Every night there is a different theme at the main restaurant, including mexian, indian etc but obviously....you cant please everyone all of the time! Everything is very extravagent, especially the huge cakes at tea time and the amazing selection for breakfast! 33 of us stayed here, individual families of all age ranges from 4 - 50! and everybody was entertained. The children loved the entertainment in the ampitheatre on a night and got involved in the activities in the pool. plenty to do. Most of the staff were absolutely excellent and were obviously rushed off their feet and exhausted... but when we were staying in the bungalows we found the staff very unuseful. There was minor hitches with the bungalows such as; air conditioning systems that barely worked or were very loud, and... ill just say it, but as there sewage systems run downhill if you get the bungalows further to the bottom there is some smell! But when asking reception to come and look at the problems we were having, sometimes we would be waiting for up to 2 hours! Which was a real shame considering the fantastic facilities the resort has to offer. There were also a lot of kids complaining of ear aches and infections which makes me question the standards of cleanliness in the pool. But may not have been that! Overall everyone had a magnificent holiday, with lots to eat, (and drink ha), plenty to do (and we stayed for 2 weeks) and returned to the UK fully refreshed and relaxed! thank you pine bay!

Looking forward to visiting Pine Bay for three weeks this summer. This resort is brilliant. Set in a fantastic sheltered bay, with beach/beach bar /watersports. it's like a holiday village. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is plentiful and varied. Don't listen to the other moaners, come here and see for yourself! I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

We've been to Pine Bay 14 times since 2000. This year we will return to our paradise again!
The hotel is built on a mountain in a beautiful bay. It has his own beach and waterpark for the kids.
The food is really good and you have a big difference en choice.
All people are really friendly en they do their best to please you in every way they can.
We always enjoy our holiday very much and that's why we keep returning.
I've been to different hotels, but I must say Pine Bay really is my all time favourite!
