I wasn't a resident at this hotel , but I wanted to say a big thank you to the manager who rescued me and showed great hospitality and assitance, without this I don't know what would have happened to me.
There was a big error in my transfer details between the UK & Turkey, (although I had chased them up on this several times)and they refused to take me to my resort - Alanya and literally dumped me outside this hotel. I don't know how else to say how greatful I am to the manager who was on duty the night of the 14th Nov for all his hospitallity & help , he even tried to talk with the transfer people for me.

“Brit's stay away !!!!!!!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 August 2010

Me and my partner took our 12 year old daughter with us for 10 days, the hotal room was great although there is no air conditioning until 10pm and is then switched off at 3am as temperatures were in the high 40,s sleping was almost impossible. The food at the hotel was okay if you like grilled chicken, fish or turkey as this was served every lunch and dinner time. The hotel staff made it perfectly clear that they did not like English and were rude to us most of the time, we were made to feel like aliens. Fortunatly we met one other English family who were desperatly trying to get into another hotel however they did stay and we did manage to have a really good time. All of the entertainment is in German so beware if you have young children as they will feel totally left out. My warning to all Brits is to stay away from this hotel unless you can speak fluent German.

“Budget at its worst and dangerous!!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 July 2010

We have travelled to the Turkish Riviera on a number of occasions, this hotel was by far the worst we have ever stayed in. There was 7 in total in our party, the youngest being 4 yrs and the oldest 69. We made two separate bookings both with the same company, Holiday Gems. One booking was made via the telephone the other through the internet, the phone booking was the more successful of the two as the internet booking was not actually confirmed for 24 hours and when it was confirmed the price was increased by approx £40 per person, on arrival the rooms were called promo, they were awful, no windows or balconies just a sliding door into the room! the hotel itself was very hazardous it had an 8ft indoor swimming pool which did not have any water in nor any steps to get out of it if any unfortunate children had managed to fall in! Live deadly electrricity wires were visible and within touching reach for children, the hotel has clearly not been maintained for some considerable time!! The hotels boasts a fitness centre and spa both are debateable, the gym is poor no air conditioning and more out of order machines than in order, the spa is ok turkish massages were very good but the cleanlinessof the place was not good. The hotel does not have any courtesy rooms for guests leaving for an evening flight, they offered us a room extension until 4pm for a cost. Food on the whole was of a reasonable standard although there was never very much in the way of choice, the al a carte restaurants were only available one per your stay, during our stay we had only managed to book into the Grill, the fish was full for the duration of our stay, although closed two days a week!!

“unless your german or russian stay away !!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 July 2010

when we first arrived at the hotel, we thought that the seen and building its self we fantastic, were not the kind of family that go on holiday to eat ham egg and chips, but as the only english couple in the hotel at the time was ridiculous. only 1 receptionist spoke very little english and this was topped of when the receptionist refused to talk to me due to him not being able to speak any english.

There is a wide range of food , but is the same every night, nice choice of breads.
the hotel entertainment was literally appauling and the only other option was to listen to music or watch the germans watch the world cup.

If you do go i reccomned taking water from the hotel , if you are going out as thhe same water is 2 euros outside. drinks are basic , and the cleaners are ok.

leaving the hotel is bad due to there being nowhere to shower or change.

“Great Value Hotel a lovely break in April”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 April 2010

We booked this hotel independantly with seperate flights and hired a car from airport for a week. The rooms were very clean and best described as snug but comfortable. mainly hotel was catering for german guests as they had lots of german speaking staff and tv stations (no english tv) but we hadnt gone there for pie and chips and coronation st.
i thought the food was great very mediterranean most beautiful salads and vegetables, soups, breads, pizzas, kebabs and fish .( no steaks or chops)
Pools were good though in april you would need to be brave to go in the outdoor ones - my son did on the waterslide. We used the free sauna in the spa - massages have to be paid for.
Drinks were plentiful the draft efes beer is ok they have nice wine the all inclusive serves up free til midnight which i thought was good as the bars outside arent so cheap as they used to be.
The beach didnt seem open for business and some building work making a walkway to Side centre. We went out a lot in our hire car the surrounding area is fantastic - waterfalls mountains and rivers. The nearby town called Mangavat was super and half the price of Side ruins area.weather was also superb!
