The hotel is nice and clean and feels like a 4-star hotel. It is located 3-4 km west of Side town. You can walk into Side town (45 minutes) or take a a bus or taxi. Thera are some disturbing traffic for some rooms. The visitors are most germans and russians (juli 2011) and allmost all are families with small children or older couples. There is a shopping street outside teh hotel.
Very good pool area for all in the family (several pooles). You have to walk to the beach approx 300m. An all inclusive restaurant is also located at the beach. Unfortunatly you have to compete very early in the morning in the german national sport "reserve the sun bed with your towel". At 7.30 all sun beds were reserved but no one was there...
The food is OK (buffé) with some new dishes each day. The Italian restaurant were you can eat once at your stay was a joke, don´t go there.
The big drawback with their All inclusive concept are the drinks. The free beer is of very light lager type with almost no alcohol. Free drinks are turkish raki, vodka, gin etc togeter with soft drinks. Coctails are extra 5 EUR each, The wine is not possible to drink (almost no one was drinking it). I am used to Greek local house wine but this is much worse!
There is a kids club which was popular. Don't expect to much (anything...) of the shows.
Conclusion: This is a 4-star hotel with a low budget "All inclusive" concept. We got a bargin price. Don't pay to much!
