“Rudest personnel ever”

TURKIZ KEMER:Hotel was terrible, guards at doors are like guardians in prison. They even dont allow you go inside hotel with your car.. Once they get your money, they dont care anything. Manager in reception is also same. Owner of the hotel wasting their money by paying him. Things are starting from beginning, they are sticking a bracelet on your hands that makes you feel like a caw. Ignoring staffs` rudeness, I tried to get an invoice, they didnt want to give it me. After 15 minute debate, I couldn get a invoice Later, I saw that they are cheating, I saw someone else name on the invoice. They told me that I spoused to have to ask them for invoice earlier then checking out time ( not during checking out ). One other think is that I come and see that they put my guests languages outside of room by their so called apologies. I think this is a good reason to not choose this hotel to enjoy your time. It also seems that they have a contract with the shops inside the hotel and dont want you go out side of the hotel except with tour bus since they are paid by them... This may be the reason why they dont allow cars inside the hotel (They afraid that hotel guests spend money outside of the hotel). Be careful to not be defrauded and if you wish to guest your colleagues in this hotel...

“A super Hotel and Resort”

Please do not listen to those who have given this hotel a bad review there is no pleasing some people!!
I stayed at the hotel with my wife for a week in September and we were very impressed. This was our first time to Turkey and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel and resort to stay in. We had a room overlooking the sea which was large and spacious; it was cleaned daily by some very hard working staff. Yes I agree the room we had could be classed as a little tired but more than suitable for our needs and the aircon was certainly needed. A full revamp of all rooms is going to take place over the winter period so I was told. The mini bar in the room is all free if you go All Inclusive and if you arrive after 2am the room service is free from 2am to 7am so that you can at least have a bite to eat. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The Guest Relation Manager, Saule Inan was so helpful and understanding and if you needed any advice she was the person to speak to. The food was extremely good and you had more than an adequate choice of dishes for all meals. There was a BBQ choice every evening and the local fish were a thing to be tried. The rear of the hotel which overlooks the sea has a short walk across the pedestrian promenade and then you are onto the hotel's private beach with adequate sun beds and fresh towels every day. There is a beach bar to serve all your needs but to be honest you are so near to the hotel and all its other bars and food bars nothing was too far to go to. The entertainment was very good in an evening but if that didn't take your fancy then you are literally a few hundred yards from the town centre which is pedestrianised and full of all sorts of shops and bars etc.. The hotel Spa is absolutely wonderful and is a must to have a look around and see what they offer. The staff are great and the treatments are well worth the money.
We did one excursion and that was a 'Yacht Trip' along the Turkish coastline. A fantastic value for money trip organised by the Ozlaf Excursion shop a hundred yards from the hotel going towards the town. Yilmaz was the guy we booked with and was so helpful in sorting it all out. The Marina where you sail from is right next door to the Hotel and for 18 Euro's we were out sailing for 7 hours stopping off to swim around the boat several times and a full buffet lunch on board, well worth the money without a doubt.

“Great hotel - dont believe the bad reviews!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 August 2010

We stayed her for 10 days this August.
The hotel is very well run. Rooms are spacious (we had a superior room overlooking the front of the hotel) and it was really big. A little tired decor wise but it was cleaned daily and all sheets and towels changed (none of this 'saving the environment when really saving costs blarney!)
Food was plentiful and a great selection. People have commented about the blandness of breakfast but we didnt find any problems with it at all. Lots of pastries, bread, cereals and fruit. Full continental selection of cheeses and meat aswell. Lunch and dinner also had the barbeque outside which was really good. There was often pasta amongst other things cooked fresh to order within the restaurant.
We also ate at the Terrace a la carte on the 4th floor one evening. Beautiful food.
Complimentary mini bar in the room was restocked daily and the waiting on staff had no issue with getting drinks for us during our meal.
This does attract a lot of Russians but we found them to be no issue whatsoever.
We couldnt praise the staff enough. Only issue is the language barrier but they make such an effort to help.
Toilets within the main hotel were kept spotlessly clean. There was always a cleaner either on the way in or out.
The spa was also very clean.
Pool area was never crowded (dont know if this is the case all year) but some afternoons we had the pool area to ourselves and the pool etc was well kept.
I will concede that it maybe not a Western Europe 5* hotel but it was certainly value for money.
