just come back from this resort. to be honest was not sure what to expect as this hotel had a mix of reviews. to be honest it is not 4 star quality it is more a 3. the rooms are ok and to be fair very clean but if you end up like we did on a ground floor it is pretty dingy so would advise to get first/second or third floor as they do seem to have been refurbished. The food is ok but fairly limited with choice and as it is open aired restaurant you do get wasps and flies on the food which can be off putting. the all inclusive starts from 8.30am which is very good as alot of trips i have been before have not started until 10.00am. the resort is definately for young kids and Archie who works there is very good and does alot of the entertainment during the day and evening. to be honest the entertainment is very Butlins style which is fine if you like that sort of thing but was not quite what we were expecting. i would not recomend this hotel for couples or for teenage children as very limited we went with our 14 year old son and fortunately he met other teenagers so was not bored. please note that you do need to get up early for a sun bed as people seem to go down there at the crack of dawn and there are not enough for all the guests but you do have another pool which is at the top of the hotel which is quieter as music is played all day. Hotel staff generally were ok and were helpful when we needed to extent a room as was flying at night and the check out time is 12.00 and we could keep a room to 6pm for only an extra £20.00 so definately worth it. one thing i would warn people about is how expensive the airport is for 3 people to have a Macdonalds just over £30.00 so be warned.
