I've stayed in this hotel for 1 month due to Courses i needed to take in Antalya and i can say that the overall experience it was very bad.
The staff is more than rude, they dont speak to you, if you ask them to do something they never seem to be happy. They know to speak in english and they dont.
As i stayed there for 1 month i needed at some time to bring my friends and stay in the pool area or in the loby and they were asked to pay for it, this has never happend before in my life even in the most expensive hotels.
You cant stay at night out and talk and generaly, no sound anywhere, like it is a hospital, noone as long as we were there didnt complaint for noise...
The rooms were not properly cleaned and the towels and bed sheets it was taking them 1 week to change them.
The worst of all it was that we were said to go out of the pool earlier than normal and in our refuse, they have started to throw chlorium when we were still inside of the water.
One month it was enough to have these and much more issues to deal with them.
i am sorry to report all these but unfortunately some ppl they dont know how to do business and treat their guests....
