“Big Hotel with good facilities”

I've stayed there for 7 nights in summer. You know antalya is full of fun and the hotel has it either. The area of the hotel is very big and I loved that. The foods were not my type but the snack bar near the beach was great. It serves local and cheap drinks but they served it very politely and I liked it so much. The staff was good and their guest relations was superb. The rooms were clean and spotless but cable tv was no good. If you wish to stay in a real 5 star and luxury hotel Kervansaray is not your choice. The building and accomodation is a liitle old and made me little doubt for it.

“good hotel”

I was stayed in this hotel with my family for 6 night (with my wife and my 2 years old son ) It was so suitable for me because everything is availble like pool , sandy beach , good quaility of food , some water slide and tenis court and mini golf and good brand drinking . and all of them is free with all inclusive pachakge . for me who dont want to go out the hotel because of my littel son it is very good . I have stayed in other five star hotel in kus adasi last year and it was not my first experience for such package . hotel is so large and has two footbal ground , and takes about 10 minutes to going to the beach along the hotel and there is a car to take you there . I like the mexican resturan too , you can choose one night in your staying and discos are good too but abiut the entertainment is good but not so espesial. by the way there are some kid activities which some of them are free and some are not . the only disadventage of this hotel i think i saw some prostitute with some persons and i dont like it (perhaps the other hotel of antalya is the same i dont know ). and it is near airport about 15-20 minutes to airport by bus

“OK ... but not for me”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 December 2011

I stayed at this hotel for a conference in November months - the cold had just started and it was off-season. Our conference was an all-inclusive package presumably similar to that of holiday packages. The hotel did not appeal to me but may be exciting to those who do not often travel to far shores. Large and open (impossible to warm in the winter) with mood (or moody?!) lighting. The rooms also had red, blue and other lights - not light enough to read by even with all the lights on. Beds were a but hard but the room was otherwise OK - room cleaning wasn't great. A smelly cleaning agent used on the floor once, replacement shampoo bottle dirty and stuck with hair and grime once.

The internet was slow - even in the conference center. In spite of rigorous attempts to have it improved it was not better after 1 week. Normally you have to pay extra for wifi. Food is served in a large canteen style restaurant with buffet self-service - lots of choice, healthy and not so healthy, not that I really enjoyed it. It is possible to book at a couple of other restaurants (for extra charge). The free "juices" are not up to much - reconstituted powder drinks.

There seems to be a wide range of pools and other activities (some of which need to be paid for). *Small* beach full of deck chairs. Supermarket and shopping centre across the road but out of the main town centre and sights. Staff seemed fine and helpful - especially those trying to get you involved in the extra charge activities.

In summary, an OK hotel if you enjoy large hotels catering to all-inclusive package tours.
