The hotel had a good rate and was within walking distance to town, so I decided to take a chance. They allowed early check-in and the front desk staff was quite nice. The room's saving grace was the balcony and great view of the sea. The television was "old school" and the furniture showing its signs of age, but was not a huge deal.
What I liked most was taking the elevator down to the "beach"area. No sand, but the beach chairs facing the sea on the painted concrete. You can swim out to the big raft off of the pier which was fun, but the seas get somewhat rough in the afternoon.
I hope this property gets a renovation similar to the Divan in Istanbul.
All in all, it was a decent hotel with good service and a nice location.
