This fantastic hotel made our stay unforgettable! Everything is good in this hotel. Can't find the words to describe the beauty of the hotel territory. Lots of trees, flowers, gardens presents many shadow places. You don't even feel hot there. The variety and quality of food is as good as it can be. Personnel is very friendly, happy to help, meet you always with the smile. Drinks are served everywhere and all the time. You can find food 24 hrs there. Rooms are very clean and plain but it has all you need, except iron. Luna park is open from 20:00 till 22:30, children are really enjoying it. Evening shows are fine, not all of them of course. Animation is ok, i would say it is most soft animation as the hotel is oriented for families with children. A La Carte restaurants are free and you can visit it as many times as you want. From 16:00 till 18:00 you can visit Delphin De Luxe which is located next to Botanik, but i couldn't find anything better than Botanik in it no matter it's more expensive. The "Roza" building is the best one as it's located next to all entertainments for adults and children. On Thursday there is a trip to Delphin Diva, which is located in Lara. Wi-fi is in lobby only. I would highly recommend this hotel for families with small children. We spent an excellent holiday and are happy that we chose this amazing hotel.
