The hotel and the rooms were very clean, and the hotel staff kept it clean all the time of our stay there but the food was awfull. The breakfast choice of food was the same everyday ,but very poor (bad quality salami, awfull cheese, butter ).The dinner is included but without drinks (not even water). The pool was too small, wasn't kept clean, with a very bad surounding( it can be seen from the pictures attached with this comment). The hotel has a private beach, right across the street , but the hotel guests have to pay for sun loungers.

Very important notice about Alanya :
1. Do not use Selavi turs for any kind of arranged tour. We paid 45 euro each to be taken to Waterpark Troya in Belek and they lied to us ,and took us to the near by waterpark which is smaller and costs about 25 euro per person. Afterwards they didn't want to repay us although we spent the whole day trying to get back to Alanya on our own. They even were rude and yealling to us.

Stayed here for 11 nights with our two young boys and had a great time. The hotel is very clean and recently refurbished. All rooms have a sea view and of the castle. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The food is nice and we stayed on a half board basis. I liked the idea of being in a routine and eating at set times because of the children otherwise I would normally try and avoid a half board stay at a hotel but this was very nice and am going back again this year. We have family in Alanya and so I hope to be staying at this hotel a lot more.

The hotel has their own beach and bed across the road and you can have lunch there too and the food is nice.
