I see there are more people who had bad experience at this hotel. I want to say also that this hotel, Krizantem, was the worst hotel i ever stayed, and i've been in more countrys and hotels until now.The staff was terrible, smelly, the rooms dirty and the bathrooms....what can i say??? you will see in the pictures.
I am from Romania, and i trully think that the hotels from the Black Sea, Mamaia, 3 stars hotels, are much , much better than this one.
Krizantem hotel - 2 stars hotel, for sure

I had the worst experience in Alanya, Hotel Krizantem. Is a hotel rated at 4 stars, but it bearly could rich 2 stars. The rooms were very small, and the air condition system was situated over the child's bed, so my 2 years sun had to sleep between us. The bathroom was also very small. The hotel has three pools, but they were very small and crowded, most probably because the beach is the worst possible, with many rocks in it. The food wasn't so bad, but I had to stay in line to receive some normal food, like chips and meat and if I asked to receive more than they put in my plate, they told me to stay in line again. In the restaurant, there were only two air condition systems and was working just one, so the water was poring on us while eating and if I treied to take my t-shirt off, they told me to put it back because is forbidden to enter the restarurant without it. Everithing was bad, so i don't recomend Hotel Krizantem to anybody and is a bad note for Turkey, which I liked in my other trip to Kusadasi. Even our travel guide said that she could not understand why people are going to Krizantem Hotel.

Modern hotel, nice rooms, bad management, lots of russians, food is ok ( not great, but I heard other people got rotten food at their hotels, so i guess i can't be very picky ). Manager is very very stubborn, barely knows english, so if you don't speak turkish or russian, you can't make heads or tails with him. Girls at the reception are russian, know a little bit more english than the manager, but everytime you go to them with a complaint, they point you to the manager :) I arrived at almost 10 PM saturday evening and they said our room was overbooked, and we had to stay 2 days ( till monday) at a 3 star hotel, instead of a 4 star hotel ( as it is normal for overbooking ). All in all, it wasn't a bad vacation, but i wouldn't come back again.

I am a travel agent from Kosova ... I thought to my self after selling this hotel to so many people last year and i got no coplaint from any of them I said to my self well i will go and try it. I had the worst experience ever i would never ever recomand it anyone .The food was not nice we keapt eating same food every day, they collected the plastic glasses they washed them and brought them on use again. The hotel manager is a Snob even if u want to go and complaint for anything he would returne with a saying "i dont care" .
Well I have been to Turkey about 7 times and this year was the last time i went there I am really dissapointed.
