“Not great”

When we arrived we was put in a total wrong room. It was a twin room but we booked a double. When we came down to explain this to the receptionist. He told us that there was no rooms left and theres nothing he could do. We slept in single beds for the first night and told another receptionist the problem the next morning. She offered a chocie of over 18 rooms that were availible??? It turns out he was just being lazy at our expense. The bar staff were arrogant and seved people behind you first? The food is aimed towards the germans. The rooms you see might not be the ones you get as some of the resort blocks are not updated.
The dinners were better than the breakfast as breakfast was a selection of eggs, hotdogs, no bacon, peas carrots and undercooked omlettes. The entertainment was excellent with great shows.

“Lovely Hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 November 2011

We had a nice stay at the hotel, it caters very much for the German guest and the English seem to be the second class citizen in there!! Food was fine, not the hottest but it was certainly not bad by any means! The al a carte is nice for a change from the busy main restaurant and the wine seems to be better in there too!
The rooms are spacious enough, although they do seem to lack hangers in the cuboards. Although we were put next to the lift.
The hotel was very clean and seemed to be kept remakably tidy all the time, the staff do work hard and are very attentive, especially when tipped.
If you could pick up the hotel and put it somewhere else I would return, but not to Turkey!!

“id go back right now”

This all inclusive hotel was so wonderful i wish i was back there right now. The staff were friendly and always happy to help, the entertainment team were especially wonderful. The entertainment was cheesey but funny and i have no complaints, there was a different show every night ranging from comedy, compitions, fire breathing, & magic.

The food was wonderful it isnt like any other all inclusive iv been to, there was 3 specialist restaurants you could book into (still free) chinese, turkish and mediteranian and these were
wonderful the service was great and it was nice to try these foods and be in a proper restuarant setting without leaving the hotel, they will even decorate the table specially for you if you request it when you book. The main restaurant was also wonderful the food was different everynight and the snack bars (open in the day) were also lovely the food is always hot and fresh. Only issue was breakfast really, they dont understand a full english at all !

The hotel was always clean, our room was cleaned everday and our mini bar was also replenished everyday. The cleaners were very friendly and helpful and did an amzing job.
I can honestly say i never saw a full bin the whole 14 days i was there, the beach was also kept clean and tidy.

i would recommend this hotel to couples ( i was on my honeymoon), people with children as there is lots to do at the hotel and the pools are great they also have water slides !

“50th Birthday holiday”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 November 2011

12 of my family and I went to this hotel to celebrate mine and my brother in laws 50th birthday. We had 4 rooms between us 2 in the main block and 2 in block 2. The rooms in the main block were 1123 and 1120 the first being a two room suite over looking the pool. The hotel is very clean and well maintained the food is OK but a bit repetitive especially the desserts, which all tasted the same just in different shapes and forms, the daytime entertainment was well organised with various activates offered. We only went to the evening entertainment twice, the belly dancing and the bingo. The bingo was very profitable for us as the youngest member of our party won the line and full house prizes, but when we opened the prize envelope's we discovered the same vouchers in both for example a fruit basket (which is free as we were all inclusive anyway) and a 30% off voucher for the hotel shop amongst other things, so not very good value for money at £12 for 3 tickets. Overall a very good hotel and the weather was excellent 80 degrees C + every day with not a cloud in the sky. The only other thing was, as mentioned in other reviews, there is a mosques very near to the hotel and the calling for prayer starts at 6am BST and is so loud it seems it's coming from inside the room, earplugs are advisable if your anything but the heaviest of sleepers.
