Beware the entertainment team if you are female they are just after one thing and money as well. Complained to hotel manager and sent e-mail on return to no avail.The food is not that good is always cold and if you like butlins style entertainment this is all they offer. We were at this Hotel in September and loved it, but when we went back at Christmas it was a nightmare, the Government insisted that the hotels took Tunisians in for the Christmas period, and they were so rude, we couldn't use the pool because it was full of them all the time, the women swim fully clothed so it just became a giant washing machine with a scum on the surface. They swarmed up and down the coridoors pushing everyone out of their way. Meal times became a free for all, the staff had no chance against them as there were so many, they literally grabbed food as you tried to get it onto your own plate. They refused to queue for anything, and left the tables and floors covered in uneated food. The kids just ran riot everywhere it was like a scene from Gremlins !! The highlight was Christmas eve when the hotel put on a Gala meal for the foreign guests, it had been costed into our holiday and the meal was very good and the service fantastic, but the Locals (most of whom were only half board) tried to get in and had to be locked out, they then decided to hold a protest in the reception area which became so loud with drums and chanting that the Manager had to threaten them with the Police to disperse them before the Guests came out of the function room. We will go back in September as the hotel otherwise is fine and the staff really friendly, but never again will we go to Tunisia at Christmas because we were told at the airport that all the hotels were having the same trouble.

Not sure what i was expecting on my 1st trip to Tunisa, Arrived at hotel late at night due to a 4 hour flight delay, staff kept the dinner hall open for us which was nice after a long trip. on arrival to the room they mixed up our bags and i thought "here we go" but they soon fixed it 30mins later.
Woke up the following morning to fine millions of insects crawaling all over the carpet and our bags. Hotel would not move us, we had to wait downstair for 2 hours until they sprayed the room.No A/C in room and fridge did not work, hotel staff switched it for another fridge that did not work. Most of the staff were nice "depending on the tip you left the night before" hotel seems to have an issue with asking for more then 1 bottle of water to take to your room and can only be got after 10.30 at night, they expect 2 adults to share in the sweat box of a room with no AC in June,???? Walk to harbour was lovley but girlfriend was hounded by sales and jibes from shops. Apart from the hotel room, the rest of the place was clean. We made the best of the holiday as we could. Night entertainment was great if you had kids,
Did not venture far outside hotel as looked very rough so we only ate at the hotel and girlfriend got very sick for the last two days with some of the food, Hotel doctor was very helpful and we were able to fill her up with pain killers before the flight home, dont like the hotel. dont like the country, dont like the people, Not a nice trip.

The hotel was fab. Staff great and really helpful. Lovely to kids. Animation staff were really nice. Great choice of food in restaurant but my kids are really fussy and found it hard to get them something substantial to eat, however that's not the hotels fault that my kids only want certain foods!! They always had pizza and chips for dinner as well as fish, meat, vegies, pasta etc and loads of salad. Kids loved the puddings they had on offer.
Indoor pool lovely and warm. Evening entertainment not that good but as most of the other peeps on holiday were older ( trying to put it nicely) and Italien/German, they wouldnt need the shows and stuff we were expecting, so we made our own entertainment.

Room was nice. We were on 3rd floor and had 4 single beds but still plenty of room for the kids to play. A few TV channels in English including a film channel.

We would go back without a doubt. Dont know why there are bad reviews on this hotel. Your holiday is what you make it!!! and we made it gooooood lol.
