This was the worst hotel we have stayed in,it is not for british they are geared up for the french/germans. The british are few and far between,the staff are ignorant,the food is repetative We took our grandchildren wiyh us and they found it hard to find anything to eat and when they did all they got was cheek from some of the staff, the only good thing about this hotel was the pool and the slides the staff at the pool were alright with the kids.I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy

After a long day travelling we finally arrived at the Eden Club hotel. The 1st impression from the hotels reception is that its a lovely hotel. We checked in and was then taken to our room. The room looked nothing like the picture we was shown when booking the hotel. The air con was turned off on the 15th Sept even though it was still 35 degrees! The floor and shower was dirty and the sheets never got changed in the 2 weeks i was there.
The all inclusive food is discusting. We basically lived on bread rolls and some salad for 2 weeks. When we did try and eat the food it made us very ill and everyday its the same thing.
The all inclusive alcoholic drinks are very poor. They have one cocktail which tastes like pure sugar, vodka which is so waterered down you can't taste it. Wine which i can only put on the same level as paint stripper and Beer which just tasted wrong.
The hotel itself is focused on French and German guests with the staff speaking very little English. As an English guest I felt very outnumbered. Luckily we found 2 other English families who were lovely.
The waiters do not leave you alone if your a female. They stood at the end of our dinner table asking to talk to us. We was very polite to begin with but after a few days of saying no and them still trying we had to be a little rude for them to get the picture.
The sales men that try and sell excursions are very pushy and do not take no for an answer. They come round the pool while your relaxing and try and talk to you. We went on the pirate ship but I can honestly say its the biggest waste of money ever.
After all of this and having such a bad holiday we then later found out that the cleaner had been taking £20 notes out of our room while she cleaned the room. We informed the hotel of this and they basically laughed it off and done nothing about it.
The beach is very dirty and water sports are very highly priced. There are men trying to sell you things while on the beach so be careful of this. The flys are everywhere and are very annoying!
I do not recommened this hotel to anyone. Even one of the annimation staff told us that it is a bad place to stay.
The only good thing about this hotel is the water park. The lifeguards there are very friendly and do not try and talk to you. They are just there to do their job and say good morning to you.

i hope the animation will be good !!i see the animation in eden club very special with kids!!you do lots of things for the kids !!!!!i will come with my kids this sumer i hope to be the sime !!!no meany speak russi in the animation why?only how working with kids hi is very good !!..anna from russi

very nice gardens, nice complex, sea dirty with plastic & bottles so stay inside the complex, food OK for a 3* hotel, cooks baking eggs & pancakes for you for example , first days a LOT OF FLIES everywhere, friendly room cleaning ladies, VERY UNFRIENDLY bartenders (exept one, i have put his picture here) , the asked bottle of water is smashed on the counter, early sleeping is not an option, first kidsclub till 20.30h, then everybody hurries to a sort of open arena where they do performances with VERY LOUD music (very BIG JBL speakers) until 23h, after if you think you can sleep the beachbar starts it's discoparty with again VERY LOUD music, once even till 2.45h (!), i asked a QUIET room but did not get it, i got one near the head building
