where do i start. We arrived at the hotel early hours in the morning with a rep. on arrival i was informed that one of my rooms was not ready by the rep even though it was booked a year ago then the rep just leaves you there trying to communicate with staff who do not help as they are unable to speak any english,we thought we would be able to sort it out in the morning how wrong we were. In the morning i went straight to reception as one of my family had to sleep on the floor not the cleanest i might add but was told there was nowhere to move to. when the thompson rep arrived which i might add is only twice a week i again asked for my room to be sorted eventually it happend ten days later. we were informed it was an all inclusive hotel the brochure is so wrong it also states it has an alacarte restraunt dont be fooled as this is only the name of it we tried all three and unless you like raw food dont expect to eat much. on one occasion we decided to try the barbacue when we brought the food to our table we realised the chicken was raw, again this was brought the the reps attention but nothing was done we were a group of nine and not one of us ate a decent meal between us. i also phoned the thompson helpline on several occasions as i was more concerned that the children in our party were not eating but again nothing was done. The rooms were dirty , the staff are rude and abnoxious unless you are german and the people trying to sell you excirsion are horibble to you if you do not want to go. I could go on and on but i do not have enough time but whatever you do even if you have already booked do not go to this hotel.

we booked this hotel at short notice and at the time of booking was not able to use internet to check out reviews.however all looked good in the brochure amd travel agents decpription seemed very good.With a few days to go untill holiday read bad reports of hotel on numerous sites i contacted travel agents who said they had had no problems at all with this hotel but if we wanted to change hotels it would cost us £50 pp which with a weeks holiday costing nearly £3000 was not prepered to do so off we went.On arrival at the hotel the reception area is very dingy with the reception staff speaking very little english .the rooms we were in are very basic was not in the main hotel and nextdoor to the night club,airconditioning constantly breaking down trying to report these things to reception was a nightmare(you are constantly told to come back later).our rep not much better everyone who arrived with us had complaints whould of liked to sort out these with rep but never saw her again after welcome meeting. the all inclusive package is terrible you do have to pay for a lot.watered down beer ,cola,fanta ,coffee wine and TAP water is included in the AI ,anything else does have to be payed for ,there are no icecreams in the AI .the 2 restaurants you can use during you stay are only avalable on a mon or tue but good luck getting in them ..the food served is very limited and much the same every day with leftover vegetables for breakfast.childrens buffet consited of potatoes some kind of meat stew and mixed vegetables.the restaurant is far too small for the amount of people staying at the hotel .The main pooll of the hotel is not in good condition tiles around the pool are uneven and raised in places (my son tripped several times)the steps in the pool are loose with very sharp edges resulting in a lot of cut legs.the entertainment at the hotel was poor nightime entertainment was mostly in german ,daytime activitys seemed to be aerobics .the beach area is nice but if you get a sun lounger down there you wil be charged as you will in the beach bar.the hotel is a german hotel and is catered for the germans with staff seeming to prefer this the hotel does have about 95% german guests it is no way at all catered for the english tourist.german guests do seem to get priority

Having read the information in the brochure, and thinking Thomson were a trusted Agent, this seemed like a great place for my son and I to go to. As an all inclusive package, it cost a little more than I really wanted to pay, but decided that with food, snacks and drinks included it probably would work out to be cost effective - how wrong can you be??? The "canteen" as we called it was serving poor quality food, with left overs served at breakfast.........., odd in such a climate??? Chips, Pizza & Pasta seemed to be on the buffet every day - not what was expected I have to admit and the queues were horrendous. There was even a fight between the waiters and germans one night, resulting in watermelon being thrown around (almost like being in a carry-on film). The Tunisian Restaurant serving local food was only open for one or two nights and the german tourists seemed to always get preferential treatment for bookings, as was the case in the fish restaurant!! Needlesstosay, we could have gone into them if we wanted to pay extra...... thought this was all inclusive....???? It was a similar situation in the bar - well it was a sort of bar - local alcohol included it said in the brochure - theres only one - booca - and this is not particularly alcoholic so you have to pay extra for all alcoholic drinks (and then if they run out of something - dont expect it to be replaced anytime soon!) Turn to the wine I hear you say, I have put better vinegar on chips, try the lager - watered down........, oh yes, and the water in the chiller units comes out of the taps so be careful about that too! You can get bottled water - be warned though - surprise, surprise you have to PAY extra for that! You also have to pay for ice-cream - even though the rep told us that the childrens ice-cream was included in the package....... oh really???? We had cockroaches in our room - in itself not unexpected in such a climate - but after waiting for the janitor for half an hour I had to go and make a fuss in reception before we were moved, and then only after I had asked to speak to the Thomson Rep. To be completely honest, I could go on, but what I would say is go here at your peril!! On the Friday before we were due to come home, 30+ people were moved to another hotel because it was so bad. Please, please do not waste your money!! The only saving grace was the weather, and quite frankly we could have gone somewhere else for that!!!

Hi, Have just returned from holiday to this hotel and all I can say it was awful!!! The all inclusive package that we were sold was substandard as we ended up having to pay for most things. There is no beach bar unless you are prepared to pay for drinks.The food was very basic, not much choice, and also you had the night befores warmed up vegetables for breakfast. Staff were rude and not very helpful. The entertainment was all done in German or French so none of the English children could join in and you had to pay for some of the entertainment as well.
36 people complianed whilst we were there and eventually we were all moved to a diferent hotel in Skanes. If you have booked with Thomsons be aware that they are pulling out of this hotel in October.We also know from other reps that there has been an ongoing problem with this hotel and it was not just a one off problem.
