It was a very good holiday ... a beautiful hotel, beautiful surroundings and a garden, clean and shallow sea, beautiful beaches, delicious food, drinks and excellent service in a beach bar and other bars and also in the kitchen. The rooms were old furniture, but they were clean. Every night was fun and interesting show, the animators were perfect, friendly and fun day we like different games: volleyball, petanque, aerobics, stretching, water games, salsa and more. Due to the great atmosphere, friendly animators show a perfect service and excellent returns there the next time a year and are already looking forward.

Me & my girlfriend were really dissapointed about Thapsus. Hotel is very old, and it smells bad everywhere. The room was OK, we became one with seeview. After few hours, our TV started to burn! As I came to reception, the man was very unfriendly! The food - not what I would call Good! Dry pastry at breakfast, lunch was nothing special and dinner was OK. But most of the food was swimming in oil!
The stuff was friendly, only at the reception the man is very very unfriendly!
The best thing was the beach. The see is unbelievable, clean like in maledives. But 80% of the chairs on the beach were broken.
All inclusive?? NOT AT ALL! No water in rooms, no fridge and on the bar you became only 2 glasses of drinks. No more!
The animation was friendly but the shows could be better. The music was too loud, so nobody could sleep until 11pm.
Thapsus Hotel, OK for young party people, but not for people, who wants to relax and chill in holidays.

Old and dated hotel. We were on all inclusive, Ice cream not included, espresso coffee not included, coffee and ice cream at x5 local price. waited 30 minutes for beer and served in tiny wine glass sizes and maximum 2 drinks per person lots of ques for our family of 8. Drinks very limited to local beer wine vodka, all of poor quality local. coke and other drinks were being filled into branded bottles within the hotels drinks dispensers, very poor. Try to close bars early to limit drinks given. Dont be fooled by the lottery ticket prizes which do not exist. internet expensive and when not possible to connect no refund. annimation team tried very hard but very low budget entertainment. resturant staff were the most pleasant in the hotel.
