We were on a tour and stayed in the hotel two nights. It is a lovely hotel, in a beautiful setting. Has a wonderful pool area with many place to relax both by the pool and on a deck. The beach area with also beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

Have stayed here a couple of times, organised and paid for by employer. Nice building and general location / facilities but completely let down by awful overpriced food. This should not be classified as 5* when it serves up poorly cooked, unimaginitive, way overpriced food like that. Service hit and miss at best. Find somewhere else that puts a bit of effort in!!

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel was 70% empty at peak season therfore the staff charged for basic amenities to make up for loss of business. I was apauled at how the reception charged for a local call and had I known the cost it would have been cheaper using my mobile on a roaming charge. Check your bills thoroughly because they think they can get away with over charging at any opportunity and had things on our bill that did not exist. The pool bar also tried to take advantage of the lack of awareness around the Tunisian dinsar. Although we booked half board we did have to purchase water in the evening with our meal. The food in the inclusive restaurant was uncovered and there were files all over. The bedroom floor looked dirty and was stained and the towels were grey and dingy. Beach was infested with Camel pool.

Hotel unlikely to sustain that the Hotel will be badly treated by everyone booking room wild mis-advise you stay away from this poor hotel
Does not have something good in the hotel until the hotel staff are very bad disgusting
