“Great place to go with children”

I was there with my family and it was the best vacation we had. It was all inclusive deal and we could eat and drink all the time. Food is delicious, they have good wines, indoor and outdoor pools are great, beach is great, and their entertainment team is fabulous. I would love to go back there again. I would recommend this hotel for everyone with children.
I was there in July 2010.

Comfortable, spacious rooms ... Beds are very comfortable. Sweet balcony and great views. The hotel lobby was very nice and always tidy. Bathroom was very clean and comfortable. Each day maid bring water and juice in the room... pool area is very spacious and well lit with interesting activities. Food is great.

Room Tip: side rooms have a better view (4045)

“You get what you pay for”

Stayed here for a week on a very tight budget visiting for a wedding. The all inclusive deal is very cheap (£420 pp including flights) so this is good value, but it wasn't a particularly enjoyable place to stay - very crowded and very difficult to find a space by the pool. The rooms were very spacious but the aircon wasn't cold enough. Food was good for all inclusive but the restaurant was touch and go, on a good day you would get seated and drinks brought to you, on a bad day you might be hanging around for ages trying to find a waiter. The 'snack bar' was more like a school
canteen and again the service wasn't great, although the mini pizzas were very nice and freshly made. The beach is just across the road, but you can't get alcoholic drinks from the 'bar' there, or snacks, and the road is a main one so it's not particularly relaxing, but you do get loungers for free if you're staying at the hotel.

“Not bad for the price”

Currently sat in the lobby ... Bit of a rain shower . Please don't be put off from the bad reviews .. Ok so the rooms are not the Ritz but very clean and functional - good shower and comfy bed . The staff are great .. Wanted extra pillows and another glass they were there in 5 mins ! Useful tip for all inclusive buy a coffee mug flask thing in the uk - costa or starnbucks and the bar staff will happily fill it for u and it keeps the drink cold by the pool and its a good size !! Food lots of choice at lunch today a pasta , pizza , shrimp station . Extensive salad bar !! You get a free litre bottle of water and coke/sprite/fanta a day - make sure u go to the welcome meeting if your a package deal cos there's some good tips so u dont get ripped off .

“Great value for money, would go there again”

Hotel staff most polite and helpful,
The food was AMAZiNG at the buffet,
There was a choice of 3 other restaurants (italian, turkish and grill) included in all inclusive but they were not easy to get the booking apart from bbq-grill which wasn't great, and we haven't managed to try the other 2, the pool was very clean, but the best part was the beach that was 10 seconds away, very clean with free sun lounges, free drinks and all day long sport activities (boyfriend was entertained all day which left me with plenty of time with my books :-) ). The rooms were cleaned every day thoroughly with rose petals spread over the beds or bathroom floor, and 2 bottles of drink- still water and fizzy drink, plus we had a fruit basket waiting for us in the room on the arrival.

The only part disappointing was the star rating. The 4 star rating we were expecting slightly higher standard, but in Tunisia 4 stars is actual 3 star rating in Europe.
Also, the photos of the hotel don't do its justice as they all look at least 30-40 years old and the hotel is only 10 years old! So somebody should refresh them.
I would be careful with hotel reps. Do not buy anything before you ask around as there is common knowledge-if you are coming from UK you are loaded so the prices go up to double or even triple.
Having being 5 months pregnant while there it was altogether the best spent 10 days of enjoying the sun, the beach and the food, and we are already thinking of booking the next summer to spend there with a baby. Possibly to 5 star hotel opposite this one-part of the same complex-we were sharing the beach and the pools outside.

Btw there was no SPA which I was personally looking forward too...
