Hotel staff most polite and helpful,
The food was AMAZiNG at the buffet,
There was a choice of 3 other restaurants (italian, turkish and grill) included in all inclusive but they were not easy to get the booking apart from bbq-grill which wasn't great, and we haven't managed to try the other 2, the pool was very clean, but the best part was the beach that was 10 seconds away, very clean with free sun lounges, free drinks and all day long sport activities (boyfriend was entertained all day which left me with plenty of time with my books :-) ). The rooms were cleaned every day thoroughly with rose petals spread over the beds or bathroom floor, and 2 bottles of drink- still water and fizzy drink, plus we had a fruit basket waiting for us in the room on the arrival.
The only part disappointing was the star rating. The 4 star rating we were expecting slightly higher standard, but in Tunisia 4 stars is actual 3 star rating in Europe.
Also, the photos of the hotel don't do its justice as they all look at least 30-40 years old and the hotel is only 10 years old! So somebody should refresh them.
I would be careful with hotel reps. Do not buy anything before you ask around as there is common knowledge-if you are coming from UK you are loaded so the prices go up to double or even triple.
Having being 5 months pregnant while there it was altogether the best spent 10 days of enjoying the sun, the beach and the food, and we are already thinking of booking the next summer to spend there with a baby. Possibly to 5 star hotel opposite this one-part of the same complex-we were sharing the beach and the pools outside.
Btw there was no SPA which I was personally looking forward too...
