“Found it a very good hotel”

After reading all the other reviews on this hotel, I feel very saddened as I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was my first holiday abroad, the hotel was clean and fresh, we had a balcony overlooking the pool, maids arranged our bedding into lovely shapes of fans, the food was good and as I was disabled and on crutches, the staff couldn't be more helpful. Really enjoyed the freshly made pizza and my daughter went mad for the doughnuts in the evening. Entertainment was good, even got a few free drinks from a certain waiter, he was gorgeous. Never had any problems with the feral cats, they just laid under the sun loungers most of the day, some of the people staying at the hotel couldn't resist feeding them even though there was signs not to. Overall very good holiday.

“loved it!”

We stayed in this hotel about 20 times over 6 years and we loved it. The staff were friendly, helpful and genuine. The hotel was always clean and the cleaners seemed to never stop. We went half board and all inclusive and enjoyed them both. They did a mixture of their own dishes and tried their best to cater for the English. If anyone did complain then the staff were very quick to try and sort it out. The entertainers were great and catered for all ages. The beach is only a short walk away and if your all inclusive you could get drinks etc from the cafe, the beach is superb. With all this and the weather we had lots of excellent times!

“hated this property”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 June 2008

this was our first time staying half board so we wasn't sure what
was included, in our welcome meeting all inclusive guests were
all given printouts with information about whats included but we
recieved no such information.
when i got myself a soft drink at dinner a waiter practically accused me of stealing even though there was no signs of any
kind indicating that this was not allowed on half board, when i asked to speak to the manager another waiter came over
claiming he was the manager and i was told that he couldn't
understand what i was saying because apparently i can't speak
very good english ( even though i am english!!!!! ).
unfortunatly i can honestly say that the rudeness in this hotel ruined my holiday.
the only part of my holiday i enjoyed was a two day trip to the
sahara which was amazing and part of that reason was because
i wasn't in the this hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
