“Good value, nice loction!”

In a dead end street, good food, staff typically Tunisian a bit slow but this is the part of the folklore, nice hammam, a bit too much chlorine in the pool. Out of both the old Hammamet and Y. Hammamet, somewere in the middle I would say, but you can take a nice beach walk or one of the taxi sitting outside the hotel 0-24. Stayed there in July 2009

“stunning”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 November 2010

We never expected anything special when we booked this holiday, as it was rated as 3 star - but our jaws dropped when we arrived at the hotel lobby - it is so sumptious!

Restaurant managers seemed to favour German tourists more though, that is until I gave a tip one evening, then for the rest of the holiday we seemed to best friends and the level of service increased somewhat!

Hotel grounds are very good as are the rooms - enjoyed the meals very much.

“hell hole”

just arrived back after a two week stay at this hotel, all i can say it was a very bad choice on our part , we should have taken the advice of some of the reviews, this hotel is dreadful, staff rude, dirty rooms, cold food, your not even allowed bring a bottle of water into your room unless you buy it from hotel. you pay for beds at pool and on beach, there is no fridges in the rooms so even if you do buy water you cant keep it cool over night. if you have all ready booked this hotel i would advice you to change it asap. the only good thing about this hotel was its location to the beach it was beautiful.

“2nd time and NEVER AGAIN”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 August 2010

1st time we thought we had found a good value hotel: quite, comfortable and great beach location. 2nd time; everything has changed as well as the clientele....... So much for a restfull week it was noisy every night, we even experienced a party in the villa behind the hotel until 5AM in the morning. Every morning and evening we had basically to fight our way to a table and to the buffet....... clients piling up food even ice cream with their apetizer!!!!!!!!!! Agressives clients and agressive staff..... great mix for peacefull meals in the noisiest room ever. The hotel, the rooms are basically falling apart but money seems to be missing. Even the quality of the food from our 1st visit has lowered...... hotel management seem to be cutting corners. Don't try to ask for help from the staff they are either nice but totally overwhelmed or plain rude. For info the restaurant room can hold about 450 people and some nights there were at least 900 guests!!!!!! We will not choose this hotel again, it looks that it has been deserted by europeans anyway.

“Don't bother”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 July 2010

Arrived at 2am. Given rooms that can only be described as "tips". Got sorted only after enlisting the help of our tour guide.
Food was boring.Breakfast was very hit and miss. There were mornings when no bread was available.
