we went the begining of the season 2011 we were in the first group of tourists, it was in need of a refurb, however value for money amazing Animation team "hello Momo" were amazing and we met the most fantastic bunch of holiday makers ever....it was one of the best holidays we have had and a laugh from begining to the end

My hunsband and i travelled in August 2011 and had a lovely week away. The hotel was very comfy, the rooms on first apperance wasnt the most upmarket but for the time you spent in the rooms they were clean and fair. The only thing we missed in the room was a kettle to make a brew in the morning. lol as this holiday was all inclusive you had to go to the restaurant for a drink. You could always find something to eat in the restaurant so never went hungry although a week was enough eating the same food. The pools were set in lovely grounds and the beach was 2 seconds away. We didnt take our children on this break but would have been happy to do so as the activities looked good. There was always something to do for them. We are looking at going back with the children although we were told that thomsons wasnt having the hotel in 2012 and was going to be a thomas cook! Do it book it...

this is quite a nice place to stay. the drink come in very small plastic cups. the food is really good. the pirate ship is a bit of a waste of money. simply sahara was one of the most treasured memories i will ever have, truley amazing!! the staff are very kind and helpful. the major downfall for us was smoking is allowed in the buiding. there are small shops outside the hotel but didn't feeel safe enough to them without a crowd of us.

Have visited tunisia on numerous ocassions, but not Hammamet, or the RIU Park, El Kebir. Found the hotel, food, and staff excellent. The location is quite isolated, but is compensated by being, literally on the beach. The animation team, you either loved them or hate them. Unfortunately picked up a stomach bug, which lasted 10 days, (could have picked it up anywhere, as ate at other locations), so will give the hotlel the benefit of doubt.

My only negative about this hotel was flies. I have visted various locations in Tunisia, and have never had a problem. Mozzies yes, flies no! The moment you lay on the sun lounger by the pool or on the beach they were on you. And they never gave up! I only got some respite when I sprayed myself with mozzie spay! Would not return to this hotel again due to this.
