We spend a week with our family in this hotel we had a superb pleasant stay, we enjoyed excelent "cuisine", professional staf and servise, and ofcourse amazing animators team which didn´t let us to be bored with their rich programme...Room´s are standard but always clean and well maintanded.We can only recomend this hotel and advise to take minimum two weeks to enjoy this all...

we had a short but pleasant stay, rooms are clean, animations was amazing & animators were very funny, courteous staff & eager to help, I was looking to the below comments, I don't think that was really reflecting KSar Djerba the hotel I stayed in with my husband & my both children. the swimming pool was really good, food is delicious, staff was really making big effort to make us enjoy our stay & I really enjoyed my time there. a good value for the money!

Ksar Djerba offers good services, nice pools and great animation activities for good price. Rooms are not very nice, but they are clean. Staff was friendly.

the animation team at ksar are great;made a big effort to include me in club activiteys mimo is friendly and a good dancer and make effort with the children;the man in the glasses taz is very good and funny and welcomeing; coco is very funny in shows nina run mini club and my son love her,the food is good the only bad thing is no english tv; i felt very happyand safe at this hotel and would stay here again
