Explaination of benefit of acccor card is very poor. My familly has english speaker and Thai speaker but nobody understand about their explaination.
Light were cut in the bus room.
Regarding to Italian restaurant in hotel, service is good but tast is not good when compared price.
Location is good.

I wouldn't stay at this hotel if I visit Rayong alone, or with my partner. But it is good for family, with its spacious pools and standard services. Other than that, it is nothing special.

Pros:
- Clean & Safe
- Good staff
- Large pools
- Nice spa

Cons or Nothing Special:
- Uninspired, bland architecture
- Many choices for breakfast, but all low quality, bland
- Too many rooms, too many guests. This hotel is for group, discount foreign tourists.
- Like other chain hotels, Wi-Fi is not free. However, you can use 20 minutes free at the lobby. Considering that this hotel is huge, walking to the lobby for a wifi can be a chore.

Overall very happy.
Rooms were clean. Spa offered a good service. Food was of a good standard. The children thoroughly enjoyed the new slide at the recently refurbished pool area.
Check out was very slow (45 minutes). A treadmill in the Gym would be a good addition (you get chased by stray dogs when running outside the hotel grounds).
Would prefer happy hour at the cocktail bar without the (very loud) band playing.
